The location was excellent and the staff superb.

The room has daily utilities that support short term business travelers and or tourists whom stay for more than a week or so. Example: it has washing machine that can allow us to do laundry by ourselves.

Nothing for the moment as it is meeting to my expectations. The only thing that it needs to do is to amend the location of GPS of the residence because it is misleading to first time visitors. The GPS is leading us to backyard instead of front entrance.

The location was very good. There were 3x 7-elevens within walking distance, it was also reasonably close to all the attractions I planned to go to. I had read the previous reviews and knew to have 1000 baht on hand for the security deposit, so had no issue with getting that returned to me as well on check out. Also had my own laundry detergent which for the washing machine!

The spa was getting renovated at the time of my stay so it was a shame I was not able to use that facility which would have been provided if not for that.

If I don't have a small accident a few days prior to my staying at Zensation the Residence. I think their location will be ideal for me and my work since it's only 800 meters walking distance from the elevated sky train, Saint Louis station. I was given the room which was located at the rear side of the building. It was so wonderful. My room faced the lane and every morning sunshine go into room. It was beautiful ❤️. Kitchen was fully equipped. Security was highly standardized as we had to tap resident's card all entrances and elevator.

I had an amazing stay. The staff is so lovely and helpfully. The room ist comfortable and the bed was so good. Bathroom with hot shower. The fitnessroom is small but worked good. Fitnessprogramm and whirlpool have a nice view. 100% recommendation!

Super clean room and the quality of bed is very good. The washing machine is also clean.

1. The apartment is just next to a main street, so it is quite noisy 24 hours a day. 2. There is a big living room for watching TV. However, I cannot watch Netflix by the TV provided. As I don’t understand Thai language, this space is wasted. I don’t recommend you to pay more for a bigger living room. 3. There is a washing machine free for use, but you need to pay for liquid detergent for washing your clothes. I really don’t understand the logic. Why they don’t simply put the detergent cost into room fee? It will make the customers feel better.

It’s only 14 minutes walk from the bts station. There is everything you need in the neighborhood (7 eleven, coffee shop, restaurants). The staff was really nice

New building and rooms are spacious with separate sitting area, kitchenette and bedroom. There is a small gym, steam room and spa pool. The staff are friendly and there are some decent restaurants in the vicinity

It is quite far from silom and other main areas but you can get a taxi for 60 baht or so.

They have a really nice jacuzzi. The staff helped us getting a taxa when we could not get one on our own. Very futuristisk with their electronic system. And a great toilet. It was very good to have your own laundry machine we liked that.

It would have been great if there was chairs or sunbeds to lay on at the top where the jacuzzi is and because it is also beautiful up there. We had a small problem during the night as the staff had to change the lock on the door. But he was fast to help. So it was a minor problem

Staff is super helpful and attentive (like 10 out of 10), rooms are neat and tidy. 2 good quality aircons, washing machine. Some kitchen tools and a microwave. The area is nice and quiet. Enough places to eat and buy some basic stuff.

Bed is a bit too hard and small, had trouble falling asleep the first night. Location is a little far off, but Taxi is cheap and easy to find.
