Hotel is in a great location, was very convenient for me as i was working in Ekkamai, just a few moments away. Hotel is good and the staff are great. Had a small blip with the WIFI however once i reported it to the staff, it was fixed swiftly.

The rooftop area was lovely. There was a gym, a pool and a seating area. My room was great value for the money.
The rooftop area was due to close at 10pm, but those of us up there were told to leave as it was closing at 9:30pm. It was very disappointing as I’d only arrived from the airport. Also I was a solo traveller and booked the King Room without cleaning service. But when I arrived the receptionist told me I’d been upgraded. The room she gave me was a one bedroom apartment, but it was so big and the layout just made me feel a little lonely. I went down to reception and thanked her for the upgrade but asked if I could have the room I’d booked. She said the hotel was overbooked and that was the o my room available. if you are a female traveller like me I would try to get the King Room instead as the one bed is just too big. Also there should have been a balcony but instead they had removed the rail on the balcony and bolted the sliding door shut.

The room was spacious and comfortable because the Genius 3 offered to upgrade to a junior suite. Breakfast was also satisfactory with enough choices. The room was equipped with a washing machine, bathtub, desk, etc., and was perfect for a long-term stay.
The wifi was often unstable and caused some problems with online meetings. The hotel is located in the city center, but transportation access is not that great, so you have to call a cab or motorcycle.

Got a free upgrade to studo deluxe which is quite a spacious room. Similar to service apartment with a small kitchen, washing machine and a small living room area. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is quite good too. Near restaurants, family mart is just below and 7-11 across the street.
I don't fancy the bathroom as it seems to flood easily after showering. The location of the hotel is not near BTS station.

Quiet room with good view of cityscape and neighboring property's green space. Everything in working order. No major hassles. Convenient location with Family Mart right outside. Cleaning lady was polite.
The lower end rooms such as the one where I stayed don't have any kind of sitting area. There's a bed and a half sofa - that's it - so not a good place if you want to work. No DIY laundry. Reception staff pretty unenthusiastic.

Nice lobby and breakfast area. The bed was also very comfortable and the AC working well!
The staff isn’t very good (not so friendly, nor very competent…). The room also had a lot of damage on the floor, walls, furniture. And a bad smell of cigarettes, although I specifically asked for a non smoking room. The room could definitely use a refresh.

We booked this room for the panoramic view and actually is imposibble to open the room for see outside because the glass is transparent and people can see everything from the street.
