The hotel is very chic and the room was fully equipped. The staff is really nice and helpful, I had a great stay!

The bar at the pool was always closed and the laundry service was way too expensive.

Really modern hotel with lovely rooms and great staff. Super comfortable bed, great shower, nice rooftop pool and overall great value for money. I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Not too far from the commons, Thong Lor which is worth a visit.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Location isn’t amazing but it’s not terrible either, around 15-20 minutes walk to public transport and restaurants, but ultimately there’s nothing the hotel can do about this. If you’re comfortable on a grab bike it doesn’t take long to get places. I did see a hotel branded tuk tuk but nothing was mentioned about this, although I didn’t think to ask the staff either. If it’s an option to get around perhaps it would be worth mentioning at check in.

The WiFi is not very good, it's generallyt slow. The room is very dark though with very little light unfortunately. Also the elevator music is very annoying.

It didn't bothered me a lot, but would be really nice if rooms would have slippers (I actually asked receptionist about it and she sured me that I'd get it, but never did. I asked twice btw. All fine) and robes. And also a sun umbrellas. The swimming pool area is opened and if you prefer to tan in a shadow that's gonna be impossible. Also the gym is really tiny, so kinda for 2 ppl maximum (maybe someone gonna need to know that).

Professional staff, not too much, not too little. The location is convenient for me and there are loads of restaurants, cafes and bars around the area. Bed is reasonably comfy. Sound-proof is better than ohter hotels in the same price range. I never had their breakfast so I can’t say much. My go-to hotel for short stay in Bangkok. For dog owners, this is a dog-friendly hotel! Dog’s bed, bowls, a pack of wet food, water bowl, pee-pad all well prepared in the room. Little dog area at the side of the building is a nice touch.

No slippers in the premier room. Mild sewage smell in the elevators the second time I stayed. The smell has subsided in my third stay.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street compared to the over options, however during the day the street can get a bit busy. The hotel staff is very very kind and super understanding. If you would like to have a small quiet escape from the fast paced rhythm of BKK, consider this establishment.

Beautiful design and decoration. Very comfortable and cozy rooms, very clean. So far, one of the best rooms I ever stayed at in Bangkok, after many visits. Staff is helpful, and very sweet. From reception to the cleaning ladies.

Not all the staff speaks english well There is no canteen. They just bring you cold breakfasts in plastic forms in the morning. If you are there.

To my surprise, It is at a great location in a Japanese neighborhood where there are many decent Japanese restaurants and nice supermarkets close by. Plus it's close to the Phrom Phang station so you can reach shopping malls or transit to other places in no time.

I booked the king room, but when I first checked in, the staff gave me a wrong room which was not cleaned and is the not type of room that I booked. Of course, I noticed that and went back to the front desk, they changed it to the right room. I am pretty sure they just made a fault back then.

Looks like a brand new hotel, room was clean and modern. Location worked for me very well as I needed to stay near rq49 mall. There is a Pilates studio in the lobby, which is a great bonus, as I love Pilates :) I also loved the shower gel in the bathroom- it smelled really nice 👍

My pillow wasn’t very comfortable to my liking - it was high and not very soft. I woke up with a bit of neck pain((
