Mr A is was amazing, arranging tours and walking with me to drop me at the meeting point each morning & advising where to see within Bangkok. Very grateful to him, he made my trip! The hotel was incredible and the view of the river, waking up to the sunrise each morning, was magic. I left feeling completely refreshed, thank you.
Everything was perfect. The only thing worth mentioning is that none of the taxi drivers know where to go, so either have the hotel number or Google maps.

Upgraded to a room with steps into pool. Lovely room, if a little small. Gardens lovely. Breakfast - great choice and lovely fresh food.
There didn't seem to be enough front of house staff. Wait times to speak to someone were long. Staff struggled to understand English. I arrived just after 10pm, asked if there was any food available and told no. Had to wait for ages to be checked in, not offered a drink or even shown where to get one. Had to find vending machine in lobby myself.

Lack of direction signage around the hotel, lack of proficient multi-lingual staff in dining room. Prefer brewed coffee instead of machine-made.

the views over the River , the large rooms with a balcony , the layout of the gardens . the very helpful staff
you cannot really swim laps in the pool , it is more a family hotel , lots of children , therefore can be quite noisy .

The front desk staffs were extremely helpful during my stay. I especially appreciated the assistance of the male staff member on the morning of February 14th (around 6:30AM), who helped me locate my laptop charger before my departure. This was crucial, as I had an important Zoom meeting scheduled shortly thereafter. Please convey my sincere gratitude to him for his assistance.

Location was good, right in front of the river. The room was comfortable, nice bed and pillows. The breakfast was good but the food was mainly Asian. The staffs were quite friendly and always available to help. The Thai massage was quite good too.
The Wi-Fi inside the room was good, however at the hotel lobby and swimming pool area it didn’t work properly

I recently stayed at this hotel in Bangkok and I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Prior to my trip to Phuket, I had booked a room here and was so pleased with my stay that I booked again for the few days I had left in Bangkok upon my return. To my surprise, I was even upgraded to a better room, which was not necessary but greatly appreciated. The staff at the hotel is outstanding and they even have my favorite massage chain, Lek, within the complex. The location of the hotel is also excellent, as it is situated right next to the river and in close proximity to Chinatown. The restaurant on-site serves delicious food and is reasonably priced. The pool is perfect with a stunning view. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. I would like to extend a special thanks to Mickey, who was the best! I will definitely be returning to this hotel when I am in Bangkok again. Thank you!

Really new, clean and comfy . Great view from the balcony and the facilities were superb inc pool. Breakfast was superb .
The dreadful musac….. about 10 songs on repeat all day. Every day. Truly dreadful. The lunch and evening menu pretty limited if you are a veggie. One dish that I could see….pizza!

It felt more like a resort then just a hotel. The hotel area is so peaceful right next to the river with large pool and a lot of green spaces. It is a little getaway from the busy Bangkok but still easy access to centre. I can't wait to go back.
It would be nice to have more authentic real Thai food options but the hotel just opened recently so I'm sure this will come in the future.

The hotel was great overall, with wonderful amenities and a comfortable atmosphere. One thing that stood out to me was the food - it was absolutely delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed every meal I had at the hotel's restaurant. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. It was situated in a nice area that was easy to access and had plenty of things to do nearby. Whether I wanted to go sightseeing, shopping, or just relax, there was always something within walking distance. One thing that really impressed me about the hotel was the staff. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, even if they didn't always understand English perfectly. They always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and were very friendly and approachable. I really appreciated their efforts to make my stay as comfortable as possible.
