I stayed here because I wanted a cheap place close to the airport to stay for 5 days, that had a private bathroom and a spacious living area. Bed was big. Room had a desk and chair for work, and a big balcony. It suited my needs and I enjoyed having a few days in a more local area without the tourist places.
Bathroom had some mould. I wouldn't stay here long term as it is so far from the city centre and any BTS or MRT, though they are constructing a line nearby.

I like the room is big and comfortable bed and got 2 televisions even we dont use it. Enough space to place our belongings. Got 24 hours 7e downstairs so can buy whenever we want
The bathroom's window kinda transparent so people outside maybe can see a glimpse

got the exact room shown in the ad. The staff waited patiently for us even though we checked in a bit late due to the flight delay. 500 Baht was charged as a deposit, but it was refunded once their staff inspected the room. quite distant from bts, arl, but you can reach there by grab. This hotel comes highly recommended if you don't mind spending for transportation. Laundry and 7E are nearby.

Excellent hotel, value for money 5+. Responsive and friendly staff. Daily cleaning in the room. The room is clean and newly renovated.
Poor soundproofing, mini buffet breakfast, far from the center. taxi 200-300 baht one way.

• Well-trained and friendly staff(especially a cleaning lady 9th flr). • The optional breakfast( buffet) was only 100thb and worth the price • The restaurant staff was attentive and nice. •Daily coffee and water( 1.2l) supply •The bathroom is nice and clean with toiletries( no soap though) • 15 min. walking to Bangkapi mall ( currency exchange, xerox, photo, internet sim card) • A basic gym •A comfortable and accommodating lobby • There is a good fresh fruit tent down the street ( around 4min. walking )
• Awful low-speed wifi! It makes working remotely impossible for modern travellers. • No door soundproofing, the noise of heavy room service trolleys and walkie-talkie screams wake you usually up at 8 am. • The lack of double glazing makes AC inefficient. • The ventilation did not work in the bathroom • A taxi to the city centre 300thb one way

It is close to the airport and you can avoid all the traffic of Bangkok if you need to be there during a rush hour.
However if you plan to stay few days in Bangkok its far away from everything and it would take you 1h to get there.

- Room design and lighting is outdated - Poor location, especially for guests who not driving - Both side of the building are facing the opposite apartments, not a good view and no privacy if you want the shade opened. - Restaurant closing at 1:30 PM during Covid-19 lockdown , so plan wisely for your dinner

It seems ro me that the room I got wasn't properly cleaned as it was pretty dusty especially on the floor. It was possible that it had not been used for service for some time.

~only good picture, but horrible details in reality ~no electric kettle, but listed in the description, a lier ~the sheet, tower, I can see the dirty mark on them ~sound proof horrible, AC noisy aloud from time to time, the drainage voice from the bathroom upstairs

They make you pay to wash the towels if they are “ to dirty”. - not mentioned when you check in No do not disturb sign - so housekeeping bangs on the door until you open it- waking you up Showers - water gets everywhere Uncomfortable bed- 2 beds just pushed together
