We liked the big room space more than 50 sqM , great for 3 person sharing , enough space to move .
the location of the hotel was not very close to the skytrain , seems more than 600m to the Skytrain. The hotel was cozy enough for us. Because of the one way street ,or just the taxi driver giving you a an unintended city tour :-(

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to Lumpini Park, 15 minutes walk to the Central World shopping mall and sky train. Despite fast accessibility to everything that you need, this place is quiet and not overloaded. The price, the room size, the city view was excellent.
It could be cleaner, and I was struggling with shower setting, it was impossible to set the right temperature of water.

I had a fine stay in Duchess Hotel. The room was clean and had fridge, microwave oven and facilities to make tea/coffee. Housekeeping provided bottles of water and Nescafé bags every day.

The location is great - just 7 minutes walk to Chit Lom BTS station. The staff is helpful and professional. All two times I stayed in this hotel my room was upgraded. The room is clean, the bed is perfect. So absolutely worth the money paid and highly recommend.

The room is nice but dated. Everything is clean and the shower works quite well. The fitness center is huge, it takes up almost half of the floor it's on and has a lot of machines and weights. The pool area is also really nice.
There's no outlet next to the desk if you are using a laptop. The wifi uses prepaid cards so I had one for my phone and one for my laptop, since it's locked per device. If you had two people traveling together and one had a laptop, one of them would have to not connect their phone to the wifi in order to use the second prepaid code for the laptop.

Not as high-quality facilities as one could expect: - Broken cold water - impossible to take a bath - only hot water. The shower still worked well, but it wasn't great, either - Pool exists, but many broken tiles, etc., and it is not inspiring at all - Kitchen looks worn out - Shades were worse than in other hotels where I stayed in Bangkok and didn't protect against the sun in the morning. It wasn't terrible, but still under par to even more basic residences/hotels

Pool and some room furnishings were a little worn but comfortable. Unfortunitly hotel restaurant was closed due to renovations but i managed to experience great foods around Bangkok

The nearest Metro is ChitLom and it is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. One female receptionist standout for me who processed my Check-In as she was really accommodating.
The bathroom has see through mirror so it wasn’t ideal if ur traveling with friends. The appliances were old.

Rooms are old but well kept and very spacious, the kitchen and shower was great. Living room has ample room for activities and enjoying the views of sunset and city. Windows open for fresh air.
Overall hotel was quite old - wifi was limited to 2 devices and slow at times. The gym was well equipped but quite run down. The swimming pool also needs some repairs.
