The location is really convenient, 2 mins walk from asok bts and 5 mins walk from sukhumvit mrt. There is a huge mall nearby too and many food stalls. Room service is fast too, we often have our room cleaned before we go back to the hotel.

I love the location of this place - down a quiet alley a few minutes walk to skytrain, metro, shops, restaurants, my favourite park - perfect! Cute style throughout, and nice rooftop pool and gym. I also liked being able to pre-order breakfast to be delivered to my room - makes the mornings more flexible.
The only thing that annoyed me was the "smart" TV, which kept crashing, but not a big deal. Some things (air con, and sometimes lighting) could also be a bit noisy. I also wish I had upgraded to a larger room, as the standard rooms are lovely, but on the smaller side, and I was there for almost a week. But none of these things are deal breakers.

I was surprised to find that breakfasts were brought into the hotel pre packed in the morning and delivered to your room. The evening entertainment was excellent and the food that you could order in the evening was of a high standard although it was more European in style.

Very cozy hotel, with nice rooms and bathrooms. The bar downstairs is very nice and they have live music.
The rooftop pool is currently closed, and we would have to go to a hotel 5 min away. The pool likely was better, but because it's not in-house, we couldn't go for a quick dip. That's okay, but what's not okay is that we were not informed. We got upgraded upon request, but in general there was a lack of good service. My friend hurt her foot quite a bit and asked for ice. Upon the second time calling, they wanted to charge her. The bathroom could have also been a but cleaner.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were very clean and comfortable, nice design, well maintained property, good air con, good mini bar and snacks. Great location!
My shower seemed to have only 2 settings: scalding hot, or cool. Had to fiddle around a lot to get a warm temperature. The air con auto shuts off when you leave the room, so takes a while to cool the room after you've been gone for the day. Room was much smaller than expected, but still comfy.

stayed in 1st class double bed room for 5days. really spacious,u'sb charger by the bed. mattress is firm,smart tv to enable youtube and wireless project.It will be fabulous if there's an arm chair with footstool. Rooftop swimming pool and gym is small but ok considering the price and location.last but not least, location is really good, close to station, shopping mall but quiet. Definitely will come back
cleaner said I ate chocolate but I didn't. although it was waived,but still annoying.
