Very confortable bed with curtains. Room is nice and clean. Very good wifi.

I contacted the hostel several times for a couple do days on Booking.com to inform the reception that I will arrive late to the facility. I never got an answer back. On the day of my arrival I called the hostel with help of a Thai speaking person to confirm my late check in, which they did. I arrive to the hostel, lights are off. I go in on the couch at the reception there was already another person saying that he is waiting since 20 minutes and no one came. We tried to ring the bell, contact them, call them. Nothing. It was late already, so I slept on the FLOOR in front of the reception and the other person on the couch. The ladies from the reception came to us at 5:00 in the morning saying we can check in, asking from us the full amount for the night. I refused to pay and spend another hour on the couch because I had to leave early to catch a bus. Overall the worst experience in any hostels since I’m travelling.

I liked the beds, also the rooms where quiet.
The staff. It's not a Thailand experience. Non of the Thai kindness and hospitality here. I even heard them talking about me on the phone (can understand some Thai, enfortunatly), probably because I told them I was not impressed by the level of service provided. -One Thai lady cannot speak English. -The other one is good at English but not friendly, yes in the end (on a fake/American like matter), probably to avoid a bad review. Overall fine Hostel, no atmosphere what so ever but fine if you are just looking for a cheap place to stay with little distraction. Would advice to clean the place, it's kinda dirty, especially the lobby and showers.

The hostel could be lovely, well located in the Japanese district but there are many issues that made our stay at this "hostel" (actually more like an hotel) not very pleasant (see the comment below). Do not come here if you want to meet people (no common areas).
- Very unpleasant odor in the common areas (as well as in the reception) - No common areas - Staff is not speaking english - Rooms are nice but needs to be refreshed and cleaned - Bathroom was dirty - Rooftop is nice but no amenities - No payment by credit card (as said on Booking.com + on their front desk)

Thai girl gang in room 211 (Probably stay for several days) Talking loudly all night..it makes me sleepless. They brought food into the room and it smelled very bad . Korean rice + papaya salad + fried chicken. They set up a dinner party in the middle of the room, ignoring the rules in the common room. Staff doesn't seem to care.

We paid over and above for a private room as my friend was feeling unwell, it felt like we were being taken advantage of. The room absolutely stank of the toilet and was still bad even the next morning. The atmosphere in the hostel and the reception is very strange. They are also selling cannabis there. The smoke alarm in our room was covered with plastic. Not very reassuring if there was a fire. Our blankets were not clean and were covered in somebody else's hair. There were no plugs near the bed in our room. We were reminded numerous times that check out was.11am and you would be charged if you were late. It was one of the most strange hostels I have ever stayed in and most certainly would never return there.
