Room is like a small studio with kitchen corner complete with sink, fridge, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishes and cutlery for two, basic dishwashing equipment, All very handy.
Location is a bit difficult to reach. I was a little disappointed by the lack of a direct passage or straight way to enter the shopping center that is bordering the hotel. Even by foot, it is necessary to go around a residential block. There is a walking shortcut but it is not open 24 hours.

There is construction going on, which starts at 6 in the morning, really annoying but the staff was kind enough to tell me before hand, otherwise would have been a good deal.

they have service by Tuk tuk to go to the restaurant near by and it not far from where i has booked and not able to stay
the cleanliness of toilet n shower it abit smelly

1. Certain staffs were nice and helpful 2. They provided tuk tuk service to and from nearby locations within a 3km radius
1. Cockroaches in the rooms, especially on level 5 rooms (3 on first night, 5 on second night and 1 on 3rd night). We had to buy Baygon to fumigate the rooms. 2. Hotel would not refund us money when we wanted to check out early. 3. Even number rooms faced construction next door that starts 8am till 5pm. Odd number rooms face Central Plaza 3 carpark and unloading noises early in the morning 5am and late at night.
