One day night I asked for a bottle of drinking water to the receptionist .But receptionist did not give me .Moreover asked me to purchased a bottle of drinking water. I told him I forgot to take drinking water from the housekeeper, because I was sleeping.But i couldn't make the receptionist understand.

They didn’t have shampoo and the floor was dirty. The air-conditioner had ice and water fell over on my bed.The elevator wasn’t go with good condition. Big problem was shower hose, I couldn’t use, I had to press the botton all time to change to shower hose.

No breakfast served. I ate out. I would have loved an additional option of breakfast. The location was okay. Maybe a little bit near the road but okay.
My room had no windows and therefore I couldn't see outside. The bathroom door was also not very clean and you could tell that there is no regular cleaning of the stairs, lift, etc. the neighbors had gone out and came back in the early hours drunk and noisy.

The staff were nice
First they gave me a room which the door lock didn't work so I changed it Then I told them the safety box doesn't work they told me that no safety box is working there at all ,so I said I'll leave tomorrow and will not complete my stay,so they bring someone and fixed for me which is very weird The sheets was dirty and they didn't change before I come so it has a lot of men's hairand stains ,and something bite me in my arm The shower drain was blocked and wasn't clean enough And it's very different than the site photos

The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The room is very clean. I thought, they're not going to clean and change the beddings since I paid very cheap compared to other hotels. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room very worn, insects running about, shower not hot. Biggest issue was an employee banging on a door to the room next to me at 5 in the morning for over 30 mins on and off. Couldn't sleep after due to road noise so lost half my day as I was tired.

Nice location
I didn't had hot water, tried to call reception - the phone was not working. Had to go to the reception 4 times to ask to get it fixed. After I was complaining online, the owner wrote that I'm lying and not a real guest of the hotel.

When i book from booking.com there was clearly mention that i can pay by card, but at the property first they did not allow me to pay card. But after i said i booked this hotel so that you have card facilities then they said ok you can pay by card but you have to pay more 4% extra. As i said why should i pay extra amount then there was a (Indian) guy who was sitting there may be the manager in this hotel he said very rudely you can go, you can't check in here. Then i tried to convince him that this is the process in which way i pay my whole Thailand trip (Phuket & Pattaya) nobody asked me to charge extra due to credit card payment issue, now i have to pay here in Bangkok. But finally i failed convince that guy and i paid rent with 3% extra charge. This type of non-professional behavior is not acceptable.
