Suites was awesome, great view and clean setting. great for groups. Ample water was provided.
House keeping should change the sheets entirely for all beds, not just 'make the bed' Some showers did not have as good a pressure compared to the other rooms but acceptable.

The Staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. the location is superb. The hotel cleanness is excellent. the Room is spacious and amenities provided exceeded my expectation. The restaurant for breakfast was crowded and I had to wait for more than half an hour so I had to leave without breakfast to catch up for business meeting.
Breakfast arrangement for the hotel they should increase the breakfast space in areas like the corridors, balcony outside close/ opposite to the reception area with nice view.

I asked the staff to Acces the garden and they said I can’t and once I have arrived they have charged me 5000 bat extra to my reservation but I made a complaint thru booking and was settled down

Everything from the hospitality of the staff to the quality of service and the great junior suite I stayed at.
nothing except that when I tell the taxis about the Residence they get lost until I showed them the exact street address or I mention the American embassy, but I guess cuz it’s new.

10 mins walk from BTS station to hotel may be challenging after an exhaustive day.

The hotel was brilliant and the facilities were good. It was only a short stay but we would have expected a bit more from the hotel during our stay considering it was circa £350 a night. All other hotels during our trip supplied welcome drinks, cold towels and a taxi service to or from the airport. Breakfast was very good and probably the best of the trip.
The bed linen was torn in our master bedroom. As we only realised this at the point of going to bed we were not going to raise it as an issue that evening. We pointed it out to reception in the morning who did not quite understand.

This hotel was great! the stuff was very friendly and caring, it helped us with helpful advice for touring the city. the breakfast was generous and tasty, the restaurant also has great dinner options, but it is expensive. we enjoyed the pool as well. it is not located near the famous tourist attractions, but the neighborhood is very nice with a great atmosphere, close to Lumpini park which is a very nice stroll. the best part was the room - we had the family suit, and it was huge! and very well equipped
Some technical problems. But the stuff solves everything.

the staff were absolutely amazing! Kind and the most helpful people ever! They went out of their way to help with anything we needed and were so nice, they had extensive knowledge of Bangkok. The location was great, the hotel was clean and the walking distance to central Embassy mall was 10 mins! Luphini park was just next door, a great place to see the giant lizards!

The hotel personnel was really nice and helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and malls and the metro. My room was big with a nice view and very comfortable. If you suscribe to the Onyx membership, you get late check out which is awesome when you have a late flight back home.
A bit disappointed by the pool area - the pool bar was closed but maybe because they weren’t many clients at this time.
