the temperature of the aircon stops at 21 degrees，no way to increase it. im cool if i open aircon. For air circulation i dont want turn off the aircon also. （this is just a personal feeling，not a big problem）

Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great value for the price. Within walking distance to the BTS. Staff were quite helpful and friendly. The pool was clean and open late.
Minor confusion about an early check in. I had received a confirmation that it was confirmed , but initially told I had to wait until 2:00PM when I arrived. It was 9:30 at the time. However, I was allowed to check in 30 minutes later which i was thankful for.

Nice quiet hotel, located a twenty-five-minute walk from the Icon Siam shopping centre and the river pier, bright, comfortable room and modern bathroom and friendly staff. I also appreciate that due to hotel numbers, there is no point in wasting food at breakfast time. Selection is small, but delicious and you will be satisfied. Pool area is lovely and nice and quiet. I rate it highly because it ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for.
The view from the window. Not the hotel's fault there's an abandoned tower and rundown buildings but the view was incredibly uninspiring and I was on a high floor. The pool depth is two metres but it wasn't very big that you could swim around in it. Just didn't seem like a pool for relaxation and to chill on the side. Just to cool down and get out again.

Quite a luxurious property at a budget price in a great location. Close to ferry and train, with restaurants, department store and large supermarket just around the corner.
It’s not super central, but there’s good transport nearby.

Choice of breakfast are very less and its repeating menu... Teast not too excellent but not bad . The first day coffee and milk are not refilled.
Breakfast - maybe more to English Breakfast Some of frontdesk staff are less responsive compared to my other hotels experience.

I came with a pet cat so they were very accommodating to her needs (e.g. I asked for a box for the litter and they were able to find one for me). The beds were comfortable and everything was fine. I was in walking distance to enough places that I felt entertained.
I was in the room next to a shoot of some sort, so I'd hear something being tossed down it quite often. It was a little noisy. The noise from the highway could also be distracting, but other than that my room was fine.

A hotel with an excellent location just a few meters from BTS and the main port on the Chao Phraya River. Most of the attractions are thus accessible without having to travel through the congested Bangkok roads with endless traffic jams. The hotel cares about the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. The pool with deckchairs is on the 2nd floor in a nice environment, but it does not offer a view of the hotel surroundings. Rooms are cleaned daily, modern bathroom with toiletries and although there is a busy road under the hotel, sound insulation is excellent.
Room was very good with a queen size bed, a fridge and an interesting view of Bangkok, but it did not include a wardrobe, so storing luggage for 9 days requires quite a bit of improvisation. The air conditioning was directed directly above the bed, so I preferred to turn it off at night. The buffet breakfast was oriented more towards the Asian clientele, but I had no problem with that.
