Perfect location to feel at home in the heart of Bangkok. Close to bodywork, vegan cafes, shopping, all a short walk away. Helpful staff immediately reset modem when needed. Generous towels and water. Hot showers. Comfortable bed. Good aircon. Amazing value for basic, safe, low cost good accommodation with responsive, kind staff.
Wifi went off at times when I was working but no problem as reset brought it back.

location of the property… in the central part where you can go eat, shop, and subway and only 20km from both airports
WIFI signal was a bit too weak… it was picking up diff wi-fi addresses. ended up using data in room 307. 407 was perfect though :) also, there were some ants crawling around

The location of the hotel is excellent and very close to Phrom Phong BTS
The bed had bugs crawling over the sheets. The bedsheets although washed and stains on them.
