A fantastic hotel, very comfortable and the staff are a delight. Stayed here at the end of my Bangkok trip and was a perfect way to end a great trip. I will be staying here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the view from the high rooms and pool area amazing.
Cleanliness could have been better, there was furniture that had a layer of dust in the room; in the pool area, some tables and lounge chairs were not cleaned from the previous evening. In-room service is good but they overcharged me triple the price indicated in the menu, saying that the price list had changed. There was no argument for them to bill me what was in the menu, but it still took two attempts to get the bill corrected. The bathroom is very dark; nowhere in the room is there a mirror with good light. The staff was very friendly but their English very limited. The breakfast was pretty terrible (they served an omelet with a potato on the side as "Spanish tortilla", the overnight oaks were drowned in milk and when I ordered the fruit platter I got an orange juice). Location not the most convenient for tourism.

Location was good, just beside a mall with 24hr Foodland. Transport available if you want to move around Thonglor. Fantastic service! Rooms were huge! Will stay again.

I came to hotel at 2:PM and they said it's not ready it will be ready at 3: pm which really strange when they clean my room they don't take even 7 minutes and I come to take my room the 1st day they say we need 1 hole hour to clean .by the way I stay 3 nights with them and I move to a hotel close by they give the room as soon as I arrive (1:pm) and they are cheaper in the price and much better in everything .I just fail sorry I stay 3 days wished it was 1 day only

The staff are great as usual. The location is great with many dining and social options close by. The hotel is physically attached to a small mall with a 24hr Foodland supermarket on the basement floor, restaurants and coffee shops are also located here. There is a shuttle to the BTS or to the nearby malls which is useful. The gym is well equipped and a good size. Food is good at the restaurant, but not cheap.
There is an Italian restaurant at the hotel. While the food is of good quality and tasted good, I was not impressed by the portion size for the price.
