- Pool is almost always in the shade
- Found a dead cockroach and old cigarette in my room
When I shared this the staff was very apologetic.
- I booked a large apartment and was put in something with a different layout that was much smaller. When I asked about this they said that was considered the same type of apartment but the layout made it feel smaller. They recommended that I special request a room that looks exactly like the pictures.
- Central location in Bangkok but not many restaurants around the immediate hotel area.
