Great staff. I had a late flight and got a comfortable later check out. Nice location, comfortable room. Close to the skytrain station Thong Lo. Easy to go from and to the airport. Happy that I stayed there and many thanks to Jaimie and Wilson for great staff support.

Sometimes the doors to the toilet can be extremely hard to move. Light maintenence is needed.

Great location and a good price. The guy Winston was really friendly and helpfull.
The fitness are was really small and you could only do cardio. Also my room didn't have black out curtains so it got light in the room around 7.30 which was a bit annoying.

Location was very good, near to Thong Lo BTS. Staff was very friendly and nice, especially this guy named Wilson, so happy and friendly guy. Hotel was quiet and room was cozy and silent.
Everything works well, i cant named anything what i wont like.

Good location. Not too close to the busy Sukhumvit areas and a short walk from Thong Lo.
Breakfast was good but not amazing.

The property is located in a nice neighbourhood, many coffee shops and restaurants nearby, it’s clean and safe. few mins walk to bts but at the same time they can drive you there too. The staffs were very helpful and welcoming, they do their best to make sure you have a good time there, well spoken English. the room is bright and cozy with amenities you need.
it’s hard to close the door without making any noise and the water from the shower can be hotter :) but no big deal.

Rooms were quaint and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Especially loved the view from the balcony. Location is a few steps away from really good restaurants and bars in Thonglor, but is tucked away in a quiet corner.
Sound proofing of rooms can be improved, but in the end the neighborhood is quiet so it didn’t bother.

The hotel and room completely matched the expectations. It's chic, has a lovely decor and service that matches the splendor. The swimming pool is more of a plunge pool but it's really nice, well maintained. The staff are absolutely lovely, especially Wilson!
Nothing much except for the fact that the breakfast doesn't suit vegetarians, nor a Western palette. Would be nice to include a few vegetarian options.

Breakfast was TERRIBLE. No carfe as in the description dropped outside at 7am soggy, cold, gross, inedible. Poll did not get any sun.
