The staff was very helpful and attentive. Bed was comfortable and so was the cool air conditioning and not to mention the Toto style toilet washlet in the room. The bathroom is large and has very good lighting.
I think that the breakfast can include more international foods such as bacon. In addition, the shower heads do not seem to have enough pressure when the water comes out for the shower.

The water temperature would not maintain constant temperature. It would fluctuate constantly which made for hot/cold shower. I stayed on floor 22.

Strategically located near BTS (Thonglor) station. Surrounding by many shops. Room is clean, well kept and I like the idea of having toilet n bath area in different room. So many TV channels to choose for.
Swimming is not interesting, no garden deco and it is located on the same floor of the coffee house. Strongly suggest for hotel to also cater for halal food. That will attract more guests to stay.

The pool water is terribly cold in Dec and it should have heating facility.

I had a non smoking room but the corridor on the floor had a bit of the smoky smell.

It was a very comfortable stay. I was well rested daily. The location was exceptional, i can walk to most eateries and bars nearby. The proximity to the yummie mng sticky rice and bts was a plus point. The staff had been extremely helpful, including Mr Ryo who was very polite, poised and helpful. Lovely stay and will book again for sure!

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The rooms were very good and very quiet. Many restaurants in that area, all were very good.
Unfortunately, there was no possibility in the evening to sit together in the hotel with a beer or other beverage, because the bar was often open only until 5 pm.

i dont actually know if this is the case but the room choices are very limited as far as i know there is only one type of room for smoking floor and its quite small the in room dinning menus are not enough

The hotel was new! The facilities as we know its 5 star hotel, lobby was huge and good service from the team. good view (from my room), bed was good and hard ( I like hard bed) and got very good pillows, the toilet was amazing with tub and toilet separate each other, with speaker tv in the toilet. Breakfast was good!
Breakfast was good but need more choice of drinks maybe?

Very clean and well equipped hotel. Super spacious rooms, loved the design, materials and space. Conveniently located in Thong Lo (my business area) and 2 mins from BTS.
Pool looked better in the pics and unfortunately most of the resto were closed due to Covid situation

reception staff welcomed me with a milatary tone "passport" and nothing else when i said a nice hello. forgot to let me sign registration form and orderd me back down instead of coming to my room and get the signature 10 min waiting for a new room key that didn't work cause trainee had no idea how to make a new keycard and nobody helped him no amenities like soap etc in room..had to ask for it. breakfast set is poor, no buffet, been in thailand now 1 month and all 4/5 star places offered buffet style breakfast. pool chairs uncomfortable overall not a 5 star experience beside rooms and cleanness.
