Best thing for me - watching Bangkok by night through the spacious windows. Personal everywhere, very clean, nice bathrooms. Go to the Onsen Spa! (Only included in the more expansive rooms, but its not that expansive - Fee with one hour massage <40 Euro)
There is only one big down- and that can be huge. The doors are too thin, you hear way too much. You need some luck with neighbours. One minor thing: I prebooked a taxi for an flight early in the morning - it was 20 minutes late (shouldn't happen)

All the facilities were great - Especially the room. Staff were always on hand in the lobby to assist with taxi's etc. Very impressed.
The food served around the pool was terrible. The drinks were nice but would never order food from the pool menu again. It also took a long time to come out. At least 40 minutes. Not impressed.

The property is a little noisy, not the fault of the hotel, but the guests it attracts. I didn’t sleep all the way through any night of my stay.

This is great value for money. B/fast is decent and rooms are very comfortable / clean. Location is good with access to nearby restaurants and only 10mins walk from the BTS. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Food options within the hotel are limited and major malls are about 20mins cab ride away.

Gorgeous hotel but found it to be a bit further away from the activities than I preferred, which required quite a bit of travel time. My room was fabulous and the pool is very nice on top of the roof.
The staff wasn't extremely friendly or fluent in English, making it difficult to ask questions and communicate with them. When I called the front desk about making a local call from the room they didn't tell me I would be charged $42 dollars for a less than 10-minute phone call. I was shocked when I checked out and saw it on the bill!!!
