I liked the location how conveniently close it was to public transportation like BTS and other prime attraction
Though they had extended stay option I was charged 50% of per day stay. Which was bit disappointing. Place does not have any room service of food, need to order from outside vendors who deliver it to the hotel. Atleast a morning coffee/tea to the room would be good. Cleanliness is other major area that needs to be addressed. There was a bad smell while walking through the room lobby, but inside the room was not an issue. While booking I was told there will be a bathtub in this room, but when booked there was no such thing

I booked it for 3 days ,but each time I returned to my room ?the key card wouldn't open the room door?which involved having to return to reception each time I returned to the property?which is a total Pain in the hole,and also when I ordered a 500 bat taxi? It took me to the wrong airport? They need to WISE up on that one ,

staff were very helpful and friendly, from the security guards to the managers. The room is quite spacious and clean. I really liked the microwave in the room although I didn't use it. They actually put themselves in their customer's shoes ^^
You need to walk to Sukhumvit Road for a bit of distance. A bit scary in the evening though.

The hotel location is very convenient only 5 mins walk to BTS-Nana and BTS-Ploenchit station.The service is very good and the room is very clean, the place have 24 hrs security guard.

Und ein sehr ruhiger angenehmer Aufenthalt. Excellent: Very friendly and exstremly helpful staff, cleanliness throughout, room, mattresses, extra pillows, free coffee and tea, kettle and microwave, table for writing, hot shower water ( is not given everywhere in hotels). 2 minutes walk to the Pakistani embassy. And a very quiet pleasant stay.
Wi Fi war etwas langsam. Das ist alles. Wi Fi was a little bit slow. That is all.
