good space, clean, bed is comfy, ac work good, full kitchen, free shuttle service to places near by
I booked for 2 nights, no room cleaning service, didn’t provide 2nd day water and tissue paper. staff said we need to put the sign for request, wasn’t mentioned at check-in. No hair dryer. Room has no balcony. i can smell people smoking on the corridor. location pretty far from everything and no motorbike taxi service near by. You need to use a taxi app.

Lovely, well set up unit in Thong Lo. Great friendly and helpful staff and facilities. Near super hospitals. 20 mins walk to MRT, at a reasonable pace.
Local eating options a bit limited but it is mid Sukhumvit! Expensive area.

Great location, helpful staff, and clean rooms. Samitvej hospital is 5 minutes walking distance, 8 minutes to Villa Supermarket and J Avenue. Lots of bars and restaurants on famous Thong Lo street, which is also 8-9 minute walking distance from the hotel. The hotel was situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Nice swimming pool!
Shuttle service and its scheduling need improvement. It would have been convenient if the hotel offered regular paid shuttle services to the BTS station to the guests instead of making the services available every 2 hours.

The rooms are just the right size for 1-2 people. I really like their pillowcases and bedsheets. I love that they have two different kinds of pillow, and a big refrigerator.
I'm not really a fan of walking, and the place is quite far from the convenience store, but that's not much of a problem. The wifi signal was unstable and took three days to fix. The room wasn't very clean; the floor got oily after I cooked, but housekeeping didn't clean it well.

- nice decoration room, there is kitchen, living room, large bed and soft - cheep price in central area and there is promo often on booking.com
- very poor location so far from everything and very hidden, you got to have moterbike or car if you are decided to stay here - the wall is completely thin you can hear every single activity from the room next door, for example, noises from ppl chatting or even the flushing toilets. I stayed there for 1 night, the room next door had intercourse so loud, the woman was moaning and screaming like crazy, the voices echo into my room. I can’t sleep well at all, it was disturbed :( - the room that got kinda old, I can see the furniture getting peeling off
