modern hotel with everything you need. very busy area of bkk, close to skytrain and other connections. the hotel is at the end of a quiet side alley, at the beginnig of that alley you find a lot of korean restaurants that operate till the morning.

Clean and comfy. staff is accommodating.
To get to sukhamvit road you need to walk a bit for 3 to 4 mins. However the hotel has a free shuttle that can drop you off at the main road. The shuttle is not 24/7 though and drops off from hotel to road but not other way around.

The staff are exceptional They go out of their way to help and organize your stay. Very good location. I could walk to most restaurants and malls They booked me a taxi for the airport and it was on time and waiting for me. ..The manager Neil is very friendly as was all the staff. Will come back again

The location is very good and easy to access commercial areas. The room is quite spacious and cozy with well equipped.
The pool is cozy and nice but gets busy easily.

there is a steep azz hill to get to the hotel so unless you rent a scooter your legs will be burning.

There were some fruit flies around the room and in the baht unit.

The drawcard is the big outdoor pool in a garden setting with some big trees, in a central Bangkok location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's about 300 metres down an alley which you can walk or get on-call complementary tuk tuk rides to drop-off or pick up (this is pretty common in BKK - alley hotels). The alley has a couple of good cafes/restaurants a few minutes walk away. The walk to the high street is the usual, normally it's not too hectic but you will have to juggle street food stalls, cars, bikes etc - in the rain it muddies up and in the strong heat you certainly feel it. Asok BTS is right there, as is a 7-11, you can BTS or 10 min walk to the Nana entertainment area (great restaurants, and pubs, bars & of course the notorious red light stuff is in your face - it's quite a melting pot of an area!). You're a short BTS ride away from the Siam shopping district. Basically, it's well positioned if you don't mind being down an alley. I didn't travel with a pet, but this is a pet friendly hotel which may be a bonus for some travellers.
TBH while this is a good hotel, even with the substantial discount I got from booking.com for a one bedroom suite I knows there's better value for money. There's no room service, bar fridge, bar, so you will need to call in any food, poolside drinks etc yourself and the breakfast is a basic egg/omelette only (looks like there was a restaurant once but it's no longer functioning). There is a complementary coffee machine - not the best coffee though. None of these are essential by any means for a hotel in 21C, but this may not be an optimum stay for first time Bangkok travellers.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Zur nächsten Hauptstraße gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Während unseres Aufenthalts stand das Badezimmer aufgrund einer defekten Toilette unter Wasser. Tauchsieder und Fön trauten wir uns nicht zu benutzen.
