There was a Halal section for breakfast buffet, hotel is just opposite Platinum Mall, next to Palladium Night Market, and just a short walk away to Big C Supercentre and Central World via the bridge. Staff were very polite and helpful too.
Had an issue with the card to enter the room, so we kept on going down to get it checked. Matter was resolved quickly afterwards.

Room cards didn’t work a few times so I had to go back down to front desk for new ones. Saturday night private party with awful music blasting until 11pm. i originally booked for 1 day less-my mistake. I tried to book for 1 more night & was told they were fully booked & told me to go across the street to get a room!! I went on line & booked another night- same exact room for significantly more. They would not allow me to get same rate. That was frustrating!!

The location and cleanliness of the hotel is superb. Their breakfast buffet is definitely worth having it.
The pillows are too soft for my preference. I prefer a harder pillow and bed mattress.

Being brought to my floor with just swiping key card. Pool was nice and open. High floor with view. Large room.
Had issues swiping into my room initially. There was a bad checksum on the key card so had to get that reset at the front desk. Wifi could be faster.
