The hotel is literally connected to the airport. Staff members were very kind and the room was spacious.
Furniture and shower facilities seemed to show its age, at this this price range I expected something better. The bridge to the airport is not air conditioned so it can still be quite hot.

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel should be really proud of them. And the convenience of being right outside the airport is fantastic. Breakfast had SO many options! :)
Wi-Fi was not working which was a huge problem as I needed to do work and it was late at night, so there was no other option. There was also a very foul smell near the elevators in the lobby. TV signal was bad.

Great location. Just right in front of the airport. We have a very early morning flight, so we were just staying for a night to wake up and catch a plane in the morning. Very friendly staff and clean.
There are many things in the room that are broken. It's an old hotel, but they didn't seem to care to fix and upgrade things. Staying for a night to catch your flight is an ok place to stay, I guess. There are many nicer and more affordable places out there in Bangkok to stay for a long period of time.

All round an excellent hotel, close to the airport, and suitable as a layover. Great rooms, a good range of facilities, and excellent food for breakfast.

It’s in an ideal location for direct access to/from the airport with a dedicated footbridge linking the two. my overnight stay was purely for change of flight overnight and therefore can’t comment about access to city centre or tourist attractions.
The hotel is marked as 4*, and whilst it has all the facilities to make it four star. the room decor and facilities looked tired and could do with an uplift for the price you pay. I’d say definitely a great hotel to stay in, if you’re taking early flight next day or flying in to Bangkok late.
