Location - right next to Sanam Pao BTS, pool that was lovely, hungry brown restaurant with great coffee and friendly staff. The size of the room was decent and had a lot of storage.
So despite me staying there for nearly 3 months the staff made no exceptions. Like once they tried to scam me and charge 2000 (yes, 2k) baht for a stain on the sheet "that is impossible to remove". I took the sheet, washed it myself and returned. On the checkout they found one tumbler glass missing - I said yes, I stayed here for 3 months, I broke one glass when doing the dishes. 80 baht. Really? I only laughed and told them to keep 100. They never fixed my shower so I was forced to cold showers with water pressure dripping annoyingly slow. There was also some sewage problem because a few times I was woken up by some insanely gross smell coming out from the sink and the toilet. They often forgot to gave the daily water/toilet paper. A few times they blocked my key-card so I had to go allll the way to the reception desk (I stayed in another tower, 9th floor, so quite a journey especially if you're coming back with bags and bags of groceries tired after a long day).
