24 hour pool was great! Service was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are actually represented in the photos. The toilet bidet was the cherry on top!!
Rooms were quite small with barely any space for 2 suitcases opened. But if youre not in the room much then this won't be much of a problem!

The location. The architecture. The innovative modern look.
It's not value of money, the rooms are so compact, there is no space to keep your luggage as well. It's just not comfortable for 2 people per room.

Excellent customer service. We stayed in the family room which was great value and we loved that there were two bathrooms and two sink/mirror/kitchen areas. Also loved the bidets! The separation of two bedrooms made it feel a lot more spacious. Very clean and housekeeping always did a great job. Concierge and other staff were courteous and helpful. We absolutely loved the pool here, would definitely come back just for the pool.
If only there were more places to hang our clothes since there was no closet in the rooms! Due to the location we were quite limited for food options however there is a 7/11 open til late if you really don’t want to dine at the pricey mediocre restaurants. It’s not one of the more popular hotels so at least two of our taxis we took from mainland Singapore got lost so beware: it might be better to book a rideshare.

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Water pressure is amazing and the we got the pool view room which is quite nice.
The room a bit small. The lighting at the mirror is yellow and it's hard to do make up because the yellow light will cancel off the red colour

Pool area was great. Kids activities were good. Location was great. Very clean and comfortable.

It was clean. One can even drink water from the tap. Swimming pools were clean and well laid out. There was a service vehicle to ferry one around Santosa and to and from Vivo City. There were so many attractions for the family to enjoy.
Restaurants and bars close early. Even the 711 in the Complex closes at 9pm.

My room was at 3rd floor.. Sea view was block by fence and messy grass. Sometimes has a weird noise i believe it was from next door when they closed the door... Soundproof could be better. Deluxe room very small. No coffee machine Twin bed only one side table

The landscape of the pool!
The cleanness of the pool. The noise that I heard from next door every night. The wired cleaning service that you have to request by switching a key. We were there for 6 nights and got two cleaning services (the last one got ignored by the hotel). And they did not change the bed covers even if they got dirty!

The room is enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The location is near the universal studio, Vivo city, Sea aquarium, and water music using MRT (it's free). The breakfast buffet does not have many dishes but the quality is ok. The restaurant is great with many types of food cuisine. The swimming pool is large and has a place for children.
