It is for adults hence it is more quiet. as this is a staycation birthday treat for my friend, Yenny of front desk was very kind to arrange for a lovely cake and macarons for us. thank you.
The toilet and bathroom was frosted glass and you see the shadow and outline of whoever is inside.😕 when I walked out of my room, along the corridor I could smell cigarette smoke. not sure where it came from.

The pools are great, the staff are lovely. The location is easy to get to everywhere. There’s a lot of construction going on in the area but it didn’t disturb us at all.
The rooms are very small, though they are well designed I wouldn’t stay in a room this small again unless I was by myself. It’s very expensive for what you get, even by Singapore standards.

Staff were excellent. Bed and linen great. Rooftop pool very clean and warm.
Bizarre design of the room. Big empty space where there should be a desk and chair. Impossible to do any computer work. Hanging rack and one draw for all the clothes. Blaring disco music on the rooftop bar from 1045am. Dire breakfast choice-absolutely not worth the expensive price.

Their friendly staff at the recept & shout out to Selina & Azela keeping the room super clean & being our Host. Even my friend who is particular on cleanliness at every corner of the room mentioned how neat it was. The premium choco gift, their signature designed in each items inside the room make it looks exquisite & special. How I wish I could have those. The shared pool designed is amazing too.
Need to go through car parking lot.. well this is something cannot be changed

Quality of bath and room amenities were great. View was okay as the sea view has view of the tram service station as well. Room is overall very comfortable. Can be slightly noisy during the day time when trams are operating.
The bar on the hotels top floor has a nice private pool for hotel guest, but the staff needs training. They are not hotel staff and the bar is not operated by the hotel.

Overall the hotel was fantastic, super friendly/helpful staff, great views, etc.
I was told that showers and changing rooms were available in the pool area, which was indeed the case but I did not want to use any of those due to their condition. They were dirty and dark. The shower head in one of the showers had broken off and was on the floor. next to that the shower room didn’t seem to even have a hook in it to hang my bag on it for changing prior to my flight.

Brand new with luxury elements in a small compact room. Bed and pillows comfortable and very quiet. Pool view room had a great view. Great to be able to use either the adult only roof top pool or downstairs pool area. Free shuttle service to Vivocity very 30 minutes was fantastic and helped when my flight arrival was early morning and checkin was a non negotiable 3pm.
Breakfast selection limited although it was there I saw the best service at the hotel. Swim-up pool bar downstairs was good but would of been even better if it had been service to your lounger. Gym is very small with limited equipment.

Modern, chic rooms, not many guests in hotel
Overpriced, cost ended up way more expensive that advertised through Booking.com. Rooms on the smaller size, strange drop off in underground car park, have to go up to reception

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was à la carte and very nice as well.
Room could have been a little bit bigger for this money. Surroundings of the hotel still under development and focus on tourists is clearly visible.

The transportation to the event place is just one station away. Very convenient. The toilet has an automatic bidet like in Japan. Room was comfortable for a 2 pax occupancy.
There was a glitch in getting back my laundry but it was sorted after I contacted the staffs.

you need keys to open every door, even coming back to reception from the pool! décor is old and untidy rooms smell damp and mouldy I wasn’t allowed a slightly late check out as I waited for my flight, so I was there for only 13 hours and paid £200 for that
