No smoking room but smell smoking. And you can hear people noises from upstair and near around the rooms. And no soap and shampoo to shower.

Self checkin requires you to download an app! What?! And it didn’t work so had to trouble the house keeper to manually check me in. The room was small and without a window. You can only contact the hotel staff through whatsapp. I asked for an extension of my stay so I get a few more hours of sleep but the staff said need to text him again 7am the next day… but the whole point is not to wake up early…

Nice decor with interesting design of the property. Convenient and easy to access

Staff service level is non existent with the place being badly maintained. Booked room wasn't available during check in. Had to wait for check in and alternative room provided has another guest staying. Finally the room provided has mould surrounding the room and definitely bad for health with no basic amenities in the room.
