I really like how strategic the place is, very near to the mrt station. the design is nice. I really love the tv, where we can move it around. Staff was around so it is easier to ask question around. Very comfortable for solo traveller.

Room quite small, I didn't get the window room so it's quite stuffy. There was no channel on tv, had to watch YouTube. The self check in door is quite bad experience as I was struggling to open the door. Even when enter the passcode, still got issue.

All good! Except you have to install apps to check in and enter your room (no key) I know its the 'modern way' of hospitality but be prepare of your phone battery is full everyday.. or you will sleep at the lobby :p

The room is extremely clean and comfortable - only minus is that it lacks a window which however is very common in Singapore so can’t really hold the hotel at fault. Location is grand and very easy to access from around the city.

I had the misfortune of having EXTREMELY noisy neighbours the first night - banging doors and shouting at 4 am, around 6-7 ppl in a tiny room. They would stop after I asked them to keep it quiet for a bit and then keep going after 15 min or so. I was unlucky with the specific neighbours but overall it was a little to do with poor soundproofing and very loudly closing doors too.

The location that directly in front of MRT station and also near Mustafa Center and Little India.

The internet was not working well and there were cockroaches in the room as well. Air conditioner took so long to cool down the room. The working table was directly under AC, therefore you can't work without feeling the constant air blowing to your body.

bathrooms were dirty with garbage bins full in the middle of the day (around 12 noon). app access reliant. AC condensation drips into electronic door and jams it. difficulty entering room bc of this. clothes is humid inside room from condensation coming in from freezing cold hallways. very cold. bright white lights inside rooms without windows.

Maybe the check in process via a web browser could have been informed upfront. I completely missed it until I got to the property. It's really no biggie, but sometimes you might get someone like me who has no space on their phone to download and install a new app. Otherwise great place to stay

Just metres to Jalan Besar MRT.. Convenient to Little India and anywhere the Mary . Inside cool and welcoming. Areas regularly cleaned within hours.

Strange arrangement to climb to raised bed involving walking over the table area instead of conventional ladder. Space under bed is actually outside store room so can hear staff using it. Bluetooth door lock didn't work, had to use 9 digit number after that.

The location is right next to the metro station. It’s clean and is equipped with fully functioned kitchen and water fountain for you to refill your bottle. The lobby smells really nice. Staff are nice too.

We didn’t have shampoo and body soap refilled and haven’t got it even after went to ask for it from the staff. I don’t think there’s any sound proof because I heard the other guests’ voice when they walk nearby our room. Since the room is designed to have bed section of each room put on top of each other (like bunk bed), if you stay in the room with floor level bed, you might heard the upper-bed room when they move around their bed.

Had problems opening my room with their app few times. The room looked a bit bigger on photos (there was a girl who wanted to return money after seeing her room), but considering prices in Singapore it was probably ok.

Room didn't have shampoo or cups, even though there was a kettle. I wish I had known earlier so I would have brought my own cup. Corridor area always seemed to be messy, and the area was heavily sprayed with some disinfectant which felt a little overwhelming.

Only washing liquid in the bathroom was a bottle of opened hand soap bottle. Only payment mode is credit card. Should offer cash as a form of payment for the $80 deposit to get it back after checkout instead of waiting a few weeks
