Value for money, but Singapore is expensive. Also, they took a $150 deposit when I booked. But when I arrived, I still had to pay full price, and my deposit still hasn't been refunded 6 days later.

the property could do with an update. socket in room didn’t work, nor the light switches near bedside, noisy fridge and rumbling plumbing. would have been nice to have a breakfast option. but considering how expensive Singapore is, the room rate was reasonable.

The location is good, close to clarke quay and fort canning MRT station.
The room and bathroom are small. The bathroom only have one type of shower gel for both body and hair which is not expected.

I was staying in your property on the 25th Jan unfortunately the room tv went out of transmission. I called the reception staff and told me its not the hotel issue is some other issue. No one came to check as well before and after i left my room it was same when i return back to the room.

The first room had a bad smell but when I was moved to another room it was better. Also a lot of humidity.

Plenty. The coliseum-type building created echoes. I encountered loud guests at 5am. shower head was broken. 32” tv, which hotel has this size these days.

online booked and paid via credit card and also they will collect when check-in for rent again then said online paid as a deposit, why doesn't show in the booking system this type of collection??? also within 7 days will refund the deposit until now still not return in my account.
