Room was clean and equipped with everything I needed for my stay; en suite, clean towels, air conditioning, TV, tea making facilities with bottled water, desk, hair dryer, no iron, (Iron not important to me), I wanted a clean, basic room for showering and sleeping (window not important), and it didn't disappoint, the bed was firm and comfortable and the bedlinen was spotless and fresh, the only issues with the appearance of the room were of a cosmetic nature; the finish to the room and ensuite could be a bit better but I had a VERY clean room and that's what was most important. Staff was polite and very helpful The location was good, i.e., the food market (which I highly recommend), and shops were on the doorstep. The area is well served for buses to the MRT, which is less than a 10-minute walk or 2 bus stops away; despite the hotel being in Bedok, the nearest MRT from Changi airport was Tanah Merah, so anyone coming from the airport who decides to use the train should alight at this stop. Apologies for not posting pictures of the room and ensuite bathroom. These were captured as a video. Screenshots taken from the video were very blurred.

Firstly, I'd like to say that there was nothing that I didn't like, I'm adding the following points to this section because these were things that may be of concern to future guests. 1. Guests who arrived late evening/early morning may disturb sleepers; there are signs up asking people who are checking in and returning guests to be quiet when they enter the building and are at the check in desk. 2. Lights on in the hallway leaking light into the room - this could be sorted by adding a curtain over the doorway inside the room to block out artificial light, especially if total darkness is needed for someone to sleep well. 3. The air conditioning is noisy, but it is essential to counter the heat. 4. I couldn't get the TV to show work, there was a box attached for streaming, which probably needed a remote, I couldn't find one; I wasn't staying long enough to raise this as a concern.

I just stayed overnight to catch a plane and the good thing was that the property was close to the airport. The staff was nice and helpful.

The room was very noisy. The washing machine in the kitchen was peeping all the time and the ventillation in the room was loud. It is a must to wear earplugs.

unfortunately there was some sort of altercation of the night that I stayed at about 10:30pm. as a solo traveler, this was quite scary & I didn’t want to leave my room. it was some sort of argument with a woman & a man whom I believed worked there
