cleanliness of room. the lights in the room are dim..you cannot really visibly see if its clean.funky carpet smell near the bathroom. i can literally hear someone making out.my son even said “mom its like someone is singing” 🤣

Great and super convenient location. Technically located at the heart of Chinatown, close to the metro and mall/shops. The reception was very nice and helpful when I had to drop my luggages before/after check in/outs. The bed was comfy.

Construction was underway when I visited. Could hear the night workers drilling away from the room. Not liking how the shower and toilet aren’t separated so the whole bathroom would get wet after use. Aircon was working intermittently; it’d be very warm in the room then cold. May need an upgrade/cleaning too (you could see dust in the air spewed out from the aircon). The kettle had the previous guest’s water in it, not cleaned properly. Another thing to point out was the housekeeping, they’re great; did housekeeping on mine room every day during my stay, but without me requesting. Not necessary but a plus if could be improved, is a working TV which can at least project local news.

A budget stay if you want to be right in the middle of Chinatown with walking distance to Chinatown MRT Station, Chinatown Complex Food Centre and Maxwell Food Centre.

Bathroom and toilet are together, hence everywhere will get wet when you shower.

The staff was quite nice and flexible. The location is at the center of chinatown and very convenient.

I stayed in two rooms with and without a window. The room without any windows was quite dim and humid. When I entered the room, I was a bit overwhelmed with the uncomfortable atmosphere. But the room with a window didn’t have the problem and was quite good. Some of the towels had stains.
