My room was quite big and I had a nice view on the pool. I didn’t have breakfast because I’ve thing was overpriced..
Your toilet tile need to be updated. I didn’t like that was no hose in the shower so my hair was always wet.. I don’t like to wear a shower hat

Perfect location, walking distance to Orchard Road. Nice staff and very timely housekeeping. Enough space inside the room.
Breakfast included but it's not buffet. With limited choices for long time stay (over one week).

Fantastic location. Room is clean, functional with decent wifi. They even have an art display on the way to the lifts.
It's difficult to get thru to the Front Desk when you dial "0". And you never get a call back. Somewhat frustrating. Limited times should you wish to order room service food. Thank heavens for Grab food.

The room was good, spacious and well equipped. Location near Orchard Road very central and breakfast was limited but good. A young chinese looking male staffmember in the breakfast restaurant was very friendly and therefore pleasant to deal with. Please give him my compliments.

The club room was very spacious, with a great view and two balconies. Excellent water pressure in the shower and the AC worked perfectly. The staff was fantastic and very professional and helpful. Great pool area with all-day sun. Ideal location at the end of Orchard Road.

The rooms are clean though a tad small. The friendly staff makes a genuine effort to be of service, which is much appreciated. The location at one end of Orchard Rd is good. There's a bus stop across the street and the MRT is about 10 minutes walk away in the ION. I came by car and left it at the hotel throughout my stay. Singapore public transport is top of its class.
The club facilities aren't available till 11 am and close at 8 pm iirc. That's of no use to business people. The breakfast could also be a bit more elaborate. You can choose 1 item from a short menu, and only after a few stays did I realise there's a croissant bar at the back. This can easily be improved.

The location is great, and the front desk staff are kind and courteous. It's just a quick walk (probably about 5 minutes) to Orchard MRT station in the ION Orchard shopping centre, and across the road from a well-serviced bus stop. Kudos to the porterage staff who were extremely helpful with managing bags!
While the room definitely is nice and swanky with gold-plated accents, the beds were not as comfortable as expected. Unfortunately there is loud music from the nearby bars well into the early morning (1-2am). You aren't able to request a later check-out until the morning of, making it difficult to plan the day if you have an evening flight. The shower can be temperamental with temperature and water pressure, but it's okay once you find the right position and don't touch it! The hotel gets the job done, but might lack some of the finer touches and tweaks if you look too hard.

Generally all is fine with the Hotel, the problem is the no smoking policy of S'pore! You have to walk about 500 m away from the Hotel and stay in the RAIN because the smoking area is un-covered! It is discrimination towards to smokers, so smokers should stay away from S'pore and that is simple!
The no smoking policy of Singapore, it is just simple to much!!! The cars can park with running engine in front of the hotel for hours but to smake one stick you have to walk in the rain about 500 meters and stand in the rain as you can see on the Pictures!!
