really best of the best hotel in singapore , easy check in and check out , I reservation sky deluxe room city view , beautiful view on the lake and city and best location, the stuff are very friendly, credible and helpful ( thanks sophia ) in reception , everyday 6 bottles of water free and snacks, big room and toilette ( I suggest you put HAND-HELD water sprayer with hose in bathroom ) , clean room, comfortable bed and excellent services , ( thanks Shi Yan ) ..

it didn’t feel like a hotel. it felt like just a room with a nice view. …..restaurant with bars were fully booked. No separate bars just for paying guests.

Amazing hotel and pool that totally lived up to expectation. Late checkout and access to pool after we had checked out were added bonus.
Slow service in cafe when we first arrived was disappointing and similarly in cocktail bar in the evening.

I like the pool and the rooms. The view and the location is pefect for us. Wifi connection up to the mall, art gallery and the entire location of the hotel is great. The staff are friendly and very respective. I already recommend this hotel to my friends, officemates and family.
Pricey. The Chineese restaurant at the lobby did not informed us that the saucer of peanuts served to us and the wet wipes has charges.

the overall facilities were absolutely great and the staff service at pool and the concierge/ check-in services excellent - nothing seemed a problem to arrange for us.
the queue-ing system and staff service at the coffee /lounge bar in the foyer seemed slow for first thing in the morning - when we did get seated the place was practically empty so don't know why we had to stand in a queue to be seated and we eventually had to go over to barman for service as we couldn't discretely attract the waitress's attention? The late evening service in the poolside bar/ restaurant was the same - on entering very formal staff came over to advise us three times that they were closing soon, despite us stating we only wanted a quick nightcap/ drink - then were slow to take order and slow to deliver drinks. They were still serving an hour later when we left, after one drink; so I don't know what that was about, other than we were a lot older than the rest of the clientele and maybe didn't fit with their core customer base? I must point out this was in complete contrast to the poolside service during the day, for both food and drinks, where staff very attentive/ friendly and service excellent, and they regularly checked-up to see if we needed anything else.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Pool is spectacular and pool guy was very friendly too. Amazing location and amazing view. Bed and pillow are so comfy and i cant wait to come back again.

iconic Singapore landmark with amazing amenities and views
We were rained/lightning out of enjoying the pool which was our main point in booking. Since we are a group of residents we would have really appreciated a rainy day pass for pool access another time. They were gracious enough to extend our checkout time to try and accommodate but it was an unprecedented storm and it never got nice enough to properly enjoy. We also greatly appreciated the unexpected lovely fruit basket and chocolates.

I dreamed about staying at this hotel for many years. Finally my dream came true. What an epic place!!! The staff was very helpful. Apple was helping me with check in and made sure I got a room with the view I wanted. Thank you Apple, you are the best!
