Poolbar/ Rooftop bar already close at 11 pm, on a friday. The Hotel is not part of Sofitel anymore and my feeling was that it was more Service and friendlier then!

The phone isn’t working, the A/C isn’t working it’s constantly very cold！the curtain can’t closed properly. I wasn’t able to sleep and was woken up at night cuz the room is 16.5 Celsius and I can’t turn up the temperature even I left adjusted to 36 degree The only good things are the bellmen are extremely empathetic and helpful especially Staff Benji!

Rates too high ..facility is less as compared. Toilets lights nt bright at all.very dim . For a Deluxe room bed size is small. No welcome drink given . No wine bottle kept in room as shown in site . I missed out d breakfast option told d reception to add d rates as per site charges ..as I missed it ..but was told would be charged regular charges only . I missed d make up room button to press ..while going out told d reception to do up d room ..when I come back at 2 p.m ..rooms nt done ..

Lage ist perfekt direkt in Stadtzentrum. Trotzdem war es ruhig und Stadtverkehr hat gar nicht gestört. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann Mann nicht meckern. Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker.
Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen alt. Daher Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war meines achtens nicht optimal.

Tolle Lage, von da aus direkt gut überall hin zu Fuß oder MRT - nächste Station ist nur 5min entfernt. Lau Pa Sat Hawker Center direkt vor der Haustür
Standard entspricht mE nicht 5-Sternen, Zimmer & Möbel wirkten bereits etwas abgewohnt, Pool müsste auch mal wieder gereinigt werden. durch Klimaanlage war das Zimmer sehr klamm/feucht, sodass es teilweise unangenehm war, sich dort aufzuhalten. Lichtsituation im Bad zu dunkel.
