Great location - right in one of the best/most interesting neighbourhoods in Singapore and reasonably close to the main places of interest.
The room equipment and furniture is super modern.
Good value for money.
The noise. The walls/doors provide no sound isolation whatsoever, therefore you hear everything that people are saying even in other rooms, meaning no privacy plus often getting disturbed during the night. However, I was able to fall asleep even with the noise/sounds, so it wasn't terrible.
Housekeeping staff could do a better job - there was a TON of dust accumulated at the top of the shelf/wardrobe, because they have probably not cleaned it up there even once.
