washrooms, gym, lobby and access to the city area were quite good and helpful. the room service team were also good. reception staff were quite welcoming... and quite ok.

small beds, inability to change room temperature unless the fan is turned off completely ...and regrettably sometimes I felt subtle racial looks ...white folks never shared a table with me at the restaurants and on one occasion I was lied to that the table of about 6 seats was occupied, it turned out to be untrue. ...nice facility, great location, but not very open-minded persons.

The hotel is very near to the Lavender subway station and the bus stop is right outside the hotel, so no issues with the commute.

Room space was rather limited and would have preferred a slightly bigger room.

Way too small rooms. No wardrobe of any sort, just hangers on a rack. If you want an iron, you need to go to the 4th floor and use one of the attached to the wall irons at the service room. Clogged pipe at the bathroom made the draining after usage a bit problematic.

The room is clean. It is quite close to the metro. There are lots of retail shop nearby. Their staff is very friendly. The luggage storage service is quite good.

The wifi connection is poor. There is no ventilation in the washroom. So it is so humid and we can only rely on the air conditioning to make it dry.

Excellent location, close to MRT and bus stop. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance.

We have to request for new towels couple of times because the room was not cleaned on time.
