No hot water in the shower. The bathroom is designed for a handicapped person. The sink is very low and impossible to use as there is a glass shelf sitting over the top-room 002. The washroom experience is very unpleasant in this room.

The structure itself is clean and linens are as well. Cansu at front desk helped a lot I am really grateful. She kindly answered all my requests.

Crew has been super lovely and helfull!!! I had requested to sleep at the bottom and not only was my request satisfied, but upon my arrival there was a note on the bed with the writing "reserved for Simone Oreto". Fantastic!!

It’s deffo value for money, great location and the staff is suuuper nice!

It was loud at the corridor, I could hear literally everything and couldn’t fall asleep. Had a bad day afterwards since I didn’t sleep much and had to wake up at 6am for a flight. But it’s okay. It is still value for money and maybe we were just unlucky!

It is near Oxford Circus station, which makes connections easier with the rest of the city. Everything is clean and it smells good. The reception people were cool and the kitchen section was great! You were allowed to leave your food there, cook and eat.

There was only one bathroom with a shower inside the female dorm 002 and it was designed for people in wheelchairs. Hence, the water did not run exactly where it was supposed to. If you wanted to go to the toilet, you had to run to reception. The toilets in the hall were closed.

Great location! 5min by walk to the Oxford Circus metro station and also you can reach best shopping areas by walk. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very friendly.

There wasn't socket in the bathroom for hair drying. I had to do it inside the room but had problems with a woman who was sleeping all day long :D So you have to go to the basement floor to dry your hair which is very inconvenient when you are in a hurry.

The location is near to soho where’s the bars, restaurants, and clubs are.

The kitchen doesn’t have oil, salt, sugar, etc.

One of the best hostels in London. The staff on the reception desk were very kind and helpful, with lots of things to purchase (such as adapters and sim cards) from the front desk. The location was fantastic. Was fine purely as a place to sleep for the night. Happy that I was supporting the YHA with my stay.

There were no locker storage facilities for a rucksack and coat. Although I was lucky to get the top bunk, I still would have liked some sort of curtain around the bed for privacy. I would have much rather stayed in a private room if it was available in my budget.

The location was great and it was really nice to be downstairs in the sitting area.

The bathroom sink was a bit to small so when you used it the whole bathroom floor was wet afterwards. It also would have been nice to have a small chair or similar in ther shower room where you could put your clothes.

I was very pleased with this stay. It was my fist time staying in a hostel and I am positively surprised. The staff was nice, there is a kitchen available (as well as grocery store nearby) and there were no problems with the roommates. It is also possible to buy adapters for European plugs at the reception, which was helpful. On the 1st floor there is a nice area where you can eat or just sit at your laptop and work if necessary. Also, the location is amazing, very central.

The pillow was very thin and gave me a headache, although I do realize that it often is a problem even at fancy hotels. There is no lockable storage space for your stuff. there could've been one more shower for the room, but it wasn't a big problem. The showers could use some kind of stool or a small table where a person can put their stuff. Also, the sink is so small, that it is hard not to spill water while brushing teeth. But these are not big problems and I'd definitely stay there again :)
