Really covenient location in Leicester Square, with many food options theatres and the Picadilly Line are all within walking. Somewhere near the front of the hotel is very vibrant and had live performances on weekend evenings. There's a bar right at the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel allows for early check-in and late checkout with some charges. Some reviews says it's noisy, but our room was farthest from the lobby, hence the window facing wasn't towards the crowded area of Leicester Square, and was pretty peaceful even though we were only on level 2. Request for that if you are sensitive to noise. Shower's water pressure and heat control was good too.

Would be nice if there was a movable small table or luggage rack, but it's not that important. Nothing that I particularly disliked about it.

Difficult to find - a bigger sign would help! Uncertainty over whether they could store my luggage after check out was stressful. I only knew after I'd booked that it might be a problem. Thankful it wasn't. Potentially noisy at the weekend due to location, but not a problem during the week.

This is at Leicester sq., so don't expect things to be quiet, but all the noise was pleasant (buskers), or at least manageable (clubs). The location is superb! Very central: one could reach almost all major attractions on foot. The interior of the hotel was basic and minimalistic, but tasteful. The mini rain shower is very pleasant and the water temperature very stable. The water kettle is nice and clean, and they provide you with tea, coffee and 2 bottles of water every day without any extra charge.

Although the boxspring bed was comfortable, the mattress topper kind of moves, so things fell in between the headboard and the bed. Moreover, the bed is such a nice size for 1, but for two it’s kind of small as one would roll off the edges. Also: they didn’t refill the coffee in the room daily. There is a clothing rack , but not enough room for clothes.

At first wasn't easy to find (because we didn't really prepare what to look for, is located in a side street of Leceister Square), but oh man – what a gorgeous boutique hotel with cute, rather small rooms! Elegant, tasteful, both modern and classy at the same time. And the location is just perfect – step out the door, Chinatown to the right, Leceister Square to the left, underground right around the corner. Even though we felt it was a tiny bit expensive when booking, looking back at the experience, it was worth every penny! :-)

I'd have loved an additional shelf in the bathroom to put my things on. And we had a room with an overhead/ceiling window, which got pretty noisy during rainy nights – but they provided free of charge earplugs (were on the room when we checked in) – nothing too bad, but maybe to consider or good to be prepared for :-)

The location, the room and overall experience were absolutely amazing. Stuff was very nice and helpful. I'd be happy to stay here again. Based on our experience I would recommend to leave suitcases in storage very early in the morning, but that's just one note.

This hotel is in a great location, you are close to the main sights and shops. It met my needs because I was travelling by myself and all I needed was somewhere to spend the night that was central, I did not spend any more time in the room. The room and bathroom are modern and clear, but there was no space to work (like a little desk).

The room is very very small, this was not a big problem for me because I was by myself but with another person it would have been too small: no wardrobe, one side of the bed is by the wall (so you would have to jump over the other person) and there was nowhere to leave your things if you have two suitcases. It was also a bit noisy at night as there must be a big disco nearby, I would hear the music (I didn´t stay over the weekend).

I was at the hotel after 1:00 PM, but the staff immediately said that the room would be ready by 3:00 PM. Holding a guest squarely by the rules is not a nice greeting.

Location was amazing and rooms large and very comfy

No water in the rooms, and only option was to buy from the bar which set us back £20 for two bottles!! Also we were in room 4 which had buskers outside which was disturbing in the day

The entrance, it was hard to find and my room, I’m pretty sure it was above the kitchen of the restaurant so my room had a funny smell

Great location, right on Leicester Square. Easy, short walk to so many places! Leicester station very close as well, making many places that I wanted to see only a few stops away. Also, if you want to nightlife, there's a club in front of the hotel and a theater next to it.

Taxis/Ubers can't drop you in front of the hotel so be warned that you'll have to walk from wherever you get dropped off. The trick is to familiarize yourself with google earth view of the location, would have been completely lost if i hadn't been able to ask tell people the landmarks that were near the hotel.

great location, couple of steps from the Leicester Square theatre. Stones throw away from great venues and food locations and plenty of activities nearby. short walk to Westminster or Buckingham palace

Great location. The room I had was right at the top of the hotel so it was small and a little cramped, but also dark because the window is small but otherwise it was fine - and I wasn't staying in the room for long periods of time. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good quality coffee bags in the room - that was an unexpected pleasure as usually you get instant coffee.

Restricted hours in the bar, e.g. I wanted a coffee about 6.30 pm and service had stopped. In terms of value for money that is a bit difficult to judge. The location was great - right on Leicester Square so everything is very accessible and I expect one pays more for added value factors like that. I thought the room was pricey, but it might be the going rate in London for that kind of hotel. Although there is a seating area with a mixture of soft seating and seating at high tables, it is small and for me it would not be somewhere that I would want to sit and relax in for any length of time; but I could see that for this kind of hotel there is a lot of people in and out so that kind of facility may not be a key factor when choosing to stay in the hotel. Despite my comments I would definitely stay in the hotel again.
