We never had breakfast at the hotel but the location was excellent, in very close proximity to all the hussle and bussle of covent garden and trafalgar you could ask for

The location was perfect, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, China Town etc all within easy walking distance and it was only a short walk down Whitehall for work. The room is small but still has a decent sized TV and double bed in it. The bathroom has a full size toilet, shower and basin. The bed was very comfortable. The mattress was firm but without and lumps, bumps or broken springs. The room was very quiet at night with 2 sets of glazing. There was a pub opposite my room and I could not here a thing outside. There was plenty of lights when you needed them (which make a pleasant change from some dim hotel rooms) but dark at night with a good shutter over the window. The free wifi worked without any sign up and was fast enough to stream Netflix, which was a first for a hotel wifi.

The only fault with the room was a lack of storage. There is some space under the bed for a suitcase and some hooks on the wall next to the door. So you will have to live out of your suitcase. There was a large bedside table with a stool under it so it could double as a desk. I would've preferred if the stool was replaced by some shelves so I could keep a few things out of the suitcase and handy.

Was the firsttime I had stayed in a Z hotel and as I've said the staff and cleanliness were fab The location to theatre land was the attraction and it was ideal for that.

The only mark down for us was the room (nicknamed cuboard) was so very tiny having to share a double (certainly not an extra large double as on booking) with only one side to get in and out is just crazy and an inside room on top of that just felt all strange to us....Thankfully it was just one night so we didn't feel the need to grumble

the room is extremely small, but that’s why it’s a deal. nowhere to put your luggage, and might be hard to share with another person, but it was great as a solo traveler.

The location is excellent and the hotel offers great value for central London. So many things are within walking distance and several underground stations are only a few minutes away. The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. Otherwise, you have what you need for a short stay - somewhere to hang clothes, facilities to make a hot drink and Sky TV.

What my room lacked was space. There was just very little room to unpack, and scarcely enough room to get dry after the shower and to dress in comfort. I think this was the smallest room I've had even in a Z hotel. And there was no window (that was made clear when I booked). And so, it's fine for a night but I would need more room for a longer stay. Also, if you share a room, you need to know the other person very well indeed!
