The location is perfect for theatres and also for travel as Charing Cross tube station is only a short walk away. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are perfectly sized. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
There was nothing at all that I didn't like.

Very (!) small room. No place to put stuff; no chair, no table (besides the one at the bed which was almost fully occupied by free tea, coffee, water cooker, ..). For one person this is less of a problem; with two persons, you really have to work out a strategy. Breakfast very basis (due to low price that's totally fine, but I think it's just worth to mention). All of this is basically also what you see in the description, so it would be unfair to downrate. I just thought it might be worth to point out again.

Comfortable, clean and modern rooms with Sky and BT TV, including sports packages. Excellent shower and quality tea and coffee in the room. Staff were polite and very helpful. Despite its location, no real external noise.
Be aware that the rooms are VERY compact and there is not much room to work. If you are a light sleeper, you may find the air circulation system a little noisy. No details on how to contact the Reception are provided and there is no safe.

Location is excellent for all that central London has to offer Didn't have breakfast, lots of local places to eat.
Obviously the rooms are small but that was expected and the reason it is good value for money.
