Glass partition between bathroom and bedroom not enough if you are there as a couple. On your own it’s fine but I wouldn’t want to share the room with anyone given how confined it was.

The room was very compact, everything I needed was provided and I loved how they fit it all in. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable I had a great night's sleep. The outdoor seating area looked lovely. All the reception staff I met were very friendly. The location was fantastic, close to theatres, the tube and the bus with plenty of restaurant options around.

Location for theatre and it had all the facilities I wanted for an overnight stay. Was delighted with the amount of detail in a small space. Also delighted to have the use of a hairdryer, a shelf under the wash hand basin and plenty of light switches. A well thought out room and plenty of hot drink facilities. The staff were very accommodating when we came back late and required snacks too.

Sadly the cafe closed at 10am as I arrived unexpectedly but fortunately there were plenty of cafes nearby for breakfast.

They have a crazy check in process so that everyone who has been booked via an agent or business travel company then can’t actually check in because they don’t have even payment card that was used for the booking. This then holds up the process. it happens every time I have stayed there and sometimes there’s 2 or 3 people in a queue arguing with staff trying to check in, with multiple phone calls to agents etc. It can add 10-15 mins to the check in process and is hugely frustrating.
