The location of this hotel is very good. Very central, easily accessible from St Pancreas Station if you are travelling by Eruostar. Holborn tube station is within walking distance. We got new towels daily! Our luggage was stored when we could not check in yet or at check-out when we were still in London for a full day. Grateful for this. However, there is no depot/ separate room provided where your luggage is kept safe. Basically anyone can get to it that way as it's just in the lobby so I didn't leave my most valuable items here.

The rooms are very small and windowless. We knew this in advance but at least in the photos the rooms seemed bigger. The bathroom is not really enclosed and the shower is pretty much transparent. A milk-glass wall has been placed between the bed and the shower but it doesn't help much. So in the shower you have no privacy at all, not ideal when travelling with friends/family other than your partner. The ventilation system consisted of several grilles including one above the bed, just above the head. This was very dirty and contained a lot of dust so should definitely be cleaned!

only oddness was not have an electric socket near the kettle so I ended up making coffee on my bed! Hardly an issue though!

Whilst the temperature of the room overall was warm enough there was a constant cold draught. There was also a lot of noise in the room from the air con and noise nearby which sounded industrial.

Good prices for central London, amenities not too far away. Convenient in the sense that it is a comfortable room to stay, nice shower, good airflow in the room despite it being windowless. Nice check-in experience, you get what you anticipate.

If you are claustrophobic then this ain't the place for you.

The staff, were polite and helpful. The location was very central, 5 minute walk from Holborn tube station. Easy walk to Covent garden. Rook was clean and compact. Had body wash and soap, kettle and bottle of water (which was nice). Confortable bed, and tv, tea and coffee. The hotel had a resturant/cafe and had good wifi.

I had a room with window, but it didn't actually have much of a view. The room was very compact, no wardrobes but did have several hangers, as you opened the door. You had room enough to walk in the room. Large suitcases would take up a lot of room. The kettle needed to be balanced a bit to get it to work.

The location in central London near an underground station was great. The room was cozy without seeming cramped, and the complimentary water was tasty.

I wish it had been clearer which floor the room was on based on price - the lower basement was intimidating, and the lack of cellular service was difficult to navigate.

The hotel was very clean and smart. The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward. The staff was all lovely and attentive. The location of the hotel was spot on, prefect for what we needed.

The only thing we didn’t like was the blurred transparent glass walls & door to the bathroom. It this was a solid wall and door that you could not see through, I would rate the room 10 out of 10. If I was with my husband and daughter, I wouldn’t mind. However, on this visit I was with my mum and sister - it is not appropriate to have blurred glass walls and door that you can see people sitting on the toilet or naked in the shower.
