It’s such an amazing place, really stylish, cool vibes, thought through, super-easy check in and check out (you can do it online and skip the queue - isn’t that great!?). Plus, the restaurant on site has EXCELLENT food.

Breakfast was fantastic. Very tasty and good choice on the buffet and menu. Beautiful decor and aroma throughout hotel Rooms immaculate. Amazing location Staff are terrific, so nice and helpful but in a very natural way. Facilities are ahead of most of the top 5 star hotels in London.

Maybe the option of a little more light/ brightness in the room. Not a criticism but more of a personal choice.

Poor customer service in Spa on arrival. wasn’t explained where the towels, sauna, showers, toilets were, constantly had to ask.

Very well-equipped gym. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Good location and professional staff. Japanese heated toilet and Japanese-style walk-in bathroom.

The room is a little bit small compared to some other 5* hotels in the area. The bathtub was very small.

Everything went fantastic from the moment i checked in. Maria greeted me upon entering the building and she is very helpful and she looked after us very well! I couldn't ask anything more from her and all the staff! I am quite picky and dont really write reviews but my stay definitely deserves one! i would definitely come back again.
