Location wise is pretty good, rooms are nice, modern, clean, the kitchen is fine but i did not use it. They have many rooms in the basement which ofcourse would nothave window. They have a laundry room as well but I did not use them as well.

A room without a window and i dont think it was advertised.

I was switched to a room facing the street. I had originally had a room with a view of a depressing alley with no light. I appreciated being moved.

The one bedroom apartment has a kitchenette fully equipped with an electric burner, a microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge, kitchenware, and top of the line Nespresso machine.

the heater took a couple days to get the room to the right temperature.

The location of Lincoln suites is fantastic- especially for where I was with work. I stayed in the studio so I had all the amenities I needed and had the flexibility of not needing to eat out. The studio was completely clean and comfortable and the soaps provided smelt lovely. I would recommend here and would definitely stay again.

If it was slightly cheaper that would have been great. I don't think anything else could have been improved.

a fuse blew in the morning which left us with no lights/sockets which didn’t get resolved while we were there, so we had to get ready in the dark!

The front of house staff were amazing! so welcoming and accommodating and made my daughter’s birthday treat very special. Rooms were great - just right for a short stay. Good facilities.

Some of the furniture was tatty, there was a tear in the cushion on the sofa bed. Water pressure in shower was weak.

Perfect location with all amenities right at the doorstep. All though right in the centre of Covent Garden there was no outside noise in the room. Very clean, tidy and loved the bed.

There was none, if I had one it would be a tiny one…perhaps the hallways were quite warm due to the setting of the air conditioner?

The rooms has everything family travellers need. Electric stove tops with pots and pans provided, refrigerator, dish washer and even a washing machine with drying function. Cooked a number of meals here. staff are very friendly and helpful - excellent! And it is located 10-15 minutes walk from Covent Garden, China Town and many other fun places. the metro and bus stops re also 5 minutes away. you can even walk from here to Selfridges and Bond street.

I was on 1st floor and we did not have any view off the road or scenery. otherwise, room was excellent.
