The location is great in the heart of London. It's only a short walk from Marble Arch and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Hyde Park is just around the corner. The staff is friendly and forthcoming and was carrying my luggage upstairs.

My room was freezing and the heating didn’t work. The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Relatively centrally located, near Hyde Park. 5-10 mins walk to the subway stations. numerous shops in the immediate vicinity. The B&B itself is on a side street and is therefore very quiet. We slept very well. The air-conditioned room was very small, but it had everything you would find in a hotel room.The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was the very same every day and offered hardly any variations. A bit more variety, at least from day to day would have been nice. Although the room and bathroom were clean, the tablet with the coffee and tea making equipment was overlooked. Obviously the tablet was not properly checked and cleaned in advance.

Great budget hotel in a super location! The rooms where clean and comfy. The bar downstairs was great with some lovely food! Chicken wings are a must if you like spicy food! We could not praise the staff enough from Neil at check in, Kimmy and her cocktails and the rest of the boys, stevie, Louis and jake and I'm sure I've missed some more lol! They made us feel very welcome but I'm sure they where glad to see us go yesterday lol! All in all this is a great wee hotel near the centre of London.

Comfortable bed, I slept well. Good location although I was woken by a bit of noise when the pub closed.

Check in was a bit confused as the card machine was not working. I wasn't shown around the property. For example, I read later on the website there was a vending machine with snacks in a lounge but didn't know where this was. I had to ask where breakfast would be. The breakfast was pretty basic but did the job.

I liked the area of the hotel and it's so close to the station. The bed was comfy and great to have a big TV and big shower facilities.

The whole place needs a proper clean! There was dirt and a lot of dust on the table and in the room. The remote was filled with dirt in the grooves and had to use a tissue to press buttons. The carpet needs to be changed and there were a few light bulbs missing in the lamps. Also, there were 2 holes in the wall near the hairdryer. The hairdryer was hanging limp around the switch socket and didn't look all that safe.

Disappointed as paid for deluxe double and having stayed in beautiful room before for less money this one was a box - toilet needs thorough bleach for staining at bottom - remote doesn’t work - communal stairs and landing bit very clean

rubbish bags left all up the stairs, no sheet on my bed. sometimes the staff didn’t understand easy sentences like “we have checked out the keys were posted as no one was at reception” this took a while for them to understand and they kept asking if we wanted a late check out, and then they got then key and made sure we were properly checked out.
