This hotel met my expectations. The room was fine and both it and the bathroom were clean. The hotel is easy to get to by tube.
The decor is old and tired throughout the hotel. It feels scruffy and a little run down.

Very simple hotel, but clean and the room was well equipped. Staff was nice and the room got housekeeping each day, with fresh towels, which is rare these days. For central London it was good value.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly.
It was basic and fairly run down.

1. Room was a bit noisy and the noise seem to be coming form the bathroom area not sure why and heard other noises but that jut could have been guest. 2. Apparently there is central heating which dey don't turn on until 10pm i understand u trying to keep cost down but not on the expense of a customer suffering. 3. The situation of the face basin in the toilet, u can literally hit your head on cabinet about if not careful 4. They didn't even make up my bed, just thought this was standard now most hotels 5. Power socket poorly situated NB didn't happen to me personally but dey were charging 6 pounds for UK brick outlet to charge your phone, i personally thing this should be a free service in a hotel cause you cater to people all over the world

The location is great, and in a safe area (which I know well) and in a Victorian townhouse. It looks good from the outside. It is just a few mins from the Earls Court station, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The man who checked me in was nice enough, but couldn't help me with the tv prob.
I didn't like having to be in a basement room. It was dark dingy and grubby, with badly worn carpet on the stairs that are a hazard to safety. My bathroom had paint peeling off the ceiling, and the partially painted glossy scarlet wall was odd and ugly. The curtain was coming away from the rod and the window looked onto a dirty metal grill sub ground and drain with moss and slime, not enhanced by the one dirty mans sock hanging on it. The bed was adequate and clean but with uncomfortable mattress with springs. The tv didn't work and the floor was old and grubby. The breakfast was self serve - no real coffee, no croissants, just bread or make your own toast, and some hard eggs, cheese slices, cold meat stuff. A large plastic bowl of cornflakes. I just had toast and juice - I was annoyed to not have a proper cup of coffee! The breakfast room is tiny, and very steamy hot, guests all squashed in the room. The owners of this incredibly valuable piece of Kensington real estate should invest enough to make this hotel beautiful.

The staff was very kind. Very good position.
The room was incredibly dirty. I uploaded my first reservation paying an extra to have a bathroom with wc in my room, but was dirty: hairs everywhere and all extremely old and dirty. The bedsheet seemed clean. Only one light bulb functioning (out of four). During the night the room was a total freezer. There was an extra electric radiator in the room, but not working. All in all a terrible experience. Not to mention the "breakfast".

The location of the hotel is very central, close to all the sights in London. Very close to metro station. Rooms are very comfortable, cozy and warm. Beds were flawlessly clean. Everyday new towels. Breakfast was good value for money. Boiled eggs, ham, cheeze, toasts, cereal, milk, tea & coffe, everything that you need.
Staircase is very dirty, no lift.

Good location, clean
Very tired, needs a refurbishment desperately. Stayed in a Travelodge the night before for just £10 more, no comparison

Location and bed was comfortable and was OK to check in late in the day.
You get what you paid. It was cheapest I could find in the time line so can't ask for more but I won't go again. They obviously get smokers smoking in their toilets because you get lung full of the smell whenever you walk in. The towels are fairly clean but definitely need new ones. Sheets looks clean but you'll find marks and mold on some here and there with bed sheets not covering whole of bed properly (double bed). There are stains on walls that you'd not want to know what it's from and mold in every corner of toilets/shower. Buuuut you get what you paid and this was a work trip so was out of the room 98% of time so it was bearable. (Room is extremely dark too with minimum lighting)

Ok for me for a night's sleep. For someone staying longer there was a microwave and a fridge.
No table. No powerpoint or light next to the bed.

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff. Comfy beds too. The room was cozy and warm.
It nay need a bit if refurb, especially the bathroom.

It was much cheaper than anywhere else in the area at short notice. Close to the tube stop and there was no street noise (which is rare for hotels in the area). Bed was comfy enough.
Felt a bit clinical. Really strong smell of bleach with metal table wasn’t welcoming. there were lights above the bed, but they went out when turning the main light off - making them completely pointless. Tv in room was just about as small as tvs come. my iPad had a bigger screen.

close to train station, loads of food places around, good value for money, good enough if you’re planning to just want to go around and have a place to crash for the night.
SOME staff could actually be more nicer. we know you’re not a 5 star hotel but that’s not an excuse to be rude. can do a little bit of carpet change, a wee bit of paint job, prolly some fresh scent on your corridors and perhaps a lecture to the staff on how to treat your customers right. show some politeness maybe? it goes a long way.

The location and value for money. Room was a bit basic but comfortable and what I needed.
Carpet wasn’t clean in the hallway/stairs. Room was a bit basic but ok I guess for the price. Some pictures on the walls would be nice to spruce the place up. Breakfast options very poor I’m afraid and the staff there wasn’t very friendly.
