The location is really great. It's very easy to reach so many of Central London’s attractions. It's a basic but comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the property need updating.

Wifi didn’t work most of the time. Couldn’t get signal in my room so I couldn’t connect to my own mobile data either. Bring your own toiletries as only a bar of soap is provided. Kettle was dirty inside.

Staff are polite and friendly, love the convenience of the luggage room for guests.

The light in the bathroom works on a sensor so keeps going off and leaving you in the dark every few minutes during your shower :(

Room was clean (not exceptionally but hygienically clean), for one alone traveller who likes clean rooms it's perfect I think. GREAT value for money if you don't mind a cozy (aka. small) hotel room. I had a window and I think that most rooms have windows in this hotel!

You could sometimes hear people walking through the hallway outside the room -> bring earplugs just in case, not for very sensitive sleepers

A small room but definitely enough for all needs. We were an adult and two teenagers. Shower, toilet, air conditioner, everything is fine - at a basic level according to the price. Towels are changed every day! I chose the place because of the location which is simply great. I will return to this hotel again because the most important thing for me is the location and price, not comfort. If you are looking for comfort and pampering, this is not the hotel for you.

The room was extremely small and could hardly move around in the bathroom. There were times when I entered the room in the afternoon and it wasn't cleaned yet

Location is great and the staff was very accomodating. The bedding and towels were clean, but the shower curtain I was afraid to touch. The basement room smelled extremely musty which was not inviting. No windows so nothing to be done about it. It did have a tiny fridge which was nice! Isolation is not that good since it sounded like people were stomping or jumping above your head. Fine for one short night.

The location is excellent - close to Covent Garden Holborn and Leicester Square. The information on the booking site is accurate - my room was a basement room with no window and basically just for somewhere to stay. There was a fridge, a TV, a kettle, and a hairdryer. The shower was excellent with good pressure and the water was hot. I was particularly pleased that the owners allowed me to leave my suitcase in the foyer on the day of my departure enabling me to continue seeing the sights of London before I went to the airport,

The fridge/TV/kettle shared two plug sockets so you had to take the fridge plug out to boil the kettle. A previous review mentioned the banging from upstairs - it is true that during the day there is quite a lot of noise but this is beyond the control of the owners as it is coming from the sandwich shop next door which is above this room. At 7 pm the vacuum cleaner signals the end of the day and the noise will stop. Likewise, one night there was a lot of noise during the night as the linen was being removed which I think is something the owners would be able to address.

If you are looking for a 3 start hotel in the middle of London, this is it. The only feedback is that the WiFi should be updated. Had to go another location to have meetings and/or see Netflix or something relaxing.

Everything was good except the WiFi - please do not offer WiFi if it is not good. I even had a hard time sending pictures over email. Please sort that out.

Decor a bit basic, perhaps modernise the rooms a little. Not a lot to dislike thankfully, it does exactly as it says on the tin for the price charged.
