property is very central and it was a decent flat.
miscommunication with the owner / manager. Asked for late check out and he didn’t get back to me upon this (although he saw the message on WhatsApp) therefore I assumed he agreed. eventually he kicked me out because the cleaner has to clean. But it ‘s fair at the end of the day

Location is good, great wine shop across, grocer and Thai restaurant below. Bed comfortable.
You must be aware the apartment is tiny and the photos make it look much larger than it is. It is fine for a couple or a single person though. The issue I also had is that this apartment was on the third floor. Which means I had to carry up my luggages myself for 3 floors, which was not terribly easy given how narrow the stairway is. On my first day I also received a door bell ring by a technician who was there to check on something but was not told by the facilities management personnel. As a single female there, it was a bit concerning. The shower water supply was also very poor.

Very clean. Very central location and yet very quiet. Check-in and check-out was very easy. I had everything I need in the kitchen. Perfect place for business trip. Great value for money.
