This is a well equipped apartment and ideal for a long stay if needed. It is a quiet and very convenient location and the room large and nicely furnished

The bed was not comfortable and I couldn't get the television to work. The shower only had one of those overhead sprays which are awkward for customers not wanting to wash their hair.

Location was superb, short walk from Paddinton Station. Room had all the basic necessities we needed on arrival. Chap who checked us in was welcoming. Our intention was to use the room as a place to rest because most of our waking hours would be spent travelling around so to that end it worked as well as we needed it to.

The bluetooth key card worked well to get into the building but I was not informed beforehand the room number we were going to stay in nor was I told someone would meet me to give us keycards for the doors. Knowing this information in advance would have been beneficial. Also the room was extremely warm and the AC unit struggled to cool it down for the duration of the stay.

Fortunately there happened to be a member of staff in the building who was able to let me in.

1. As a regular customer I had previously been told that I did not need to pay £200 deposit, but my card was debited. While that will be returned I trust, it causes an admin issue for our company which should not have happened. 2. When I tried to download the electronic key to the App, the confirmation gave me a booking.com email address, which of course doesn't actually exist so I was unable to confirm and access the key. 3. However, there is no option but to book through Booking.com, so I fail to understand how anyone can ever get access to the electronic key. Please make it easier to get in at the end of a long day's work and please stop charging my card as promised.

I liked the cleanliness. Tea and coffee with biscuits left out and toiletries left out. Full size fridge and 2 ring hob Cleaning staff on leaving were very polite and nice.

I did not like Small towels The appartment was smaller than looks in pics The check in process is was a nightmare as im not technically minded and had to download an app for electronic key. I had to delete apps to make room on my phone. Also my battery was almost gone by time i finished my day out making it a worry if i would get back to apartment before my phone died.

The room key was easily collected, the instructions provided prior to check in made it convenient. There is a small lift to help with the luggage.

There is no provision to store luggage, in case we had to check out early and have a later flight, which is a common service provided by Hotels, nor was there any response for the same. The staff around us could not answer a simple question of how to get a cab to the airport, gave a very cold response. The hosts were only available on email, and no one in person for any kind of hospitality.

Clear instructions were given for check-in and it was relatively smooth. The apartment was easy to get to from Paddington station. The security measures made me feel safe. There was also a lift in the building, as promised, and there was ample space in the room to open my luggages. Room was clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a kettle, cups, some snacks, some water, and basic crockery and cutlery. Loved having a towel heater in the bathroom.

I used the washer and the dryer. Every pound gives you 30 min of electricity for the machines, but the instructions for these were not clear, and I had to deal with dripping wet clothes after washing, and damp clothes after drying. The instructions and payment system for these ought to be reviewed.

Can be dark and quiet outside hotel entrance in the night. the check in instructions were not clear. unsure until reach the doorstep and happened to be instructed by repairman to press the intercom system. toilet door is spoilt. the window keeps sliding down after opening. air con is spoilt. bed is made to cheap material that one panel of the base came off. pot is not clean
