Decent sized studio

Big, well equipped studio apartment for a reasonable price and no need for a ridiculously unnecessary “damage deposit”, which a lot of Studio apartments demand now- (they don’t realise that because it takes them up to 7 working days to return the deposit, that those of us workers on a very tight accommodation budget, simply can’t wait on these companies, and funny how they are able to take our money immediately, yet take 7 working days to return it to us- anyone else smell a scam?? ) But back to the great Oxbridge apartments, who are reasonably priced, clean, warm and comfortable with helpful staff.

Very tired interior , furniture/furnishings very shabby . Bathroom luckily much better the rest as in better condition , shower works well and clean . The TV Old and tired like most else . I have never before given a negative review on here ...

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. Given how inexpensive it was, I anticipated low quality but the studio really exceeded our expectations. Clean, spacious and well stocked (e.g. coffee, shampoo, soap). Our TV didn't work, but that's not an issue for us. Overall, it's excellent quality at such a low cost.

6 min walk from Gloucester station. Apartment a good size with own small bathroom. Was clean however was Smokey smelling. Some noise/music from next door however it stopped early (before 9pm). Travel for provided when asked.

The apartment smelt like people had been smoking there.

I wasn't able to shut the living room windows which were open at the top and letting a cold draft in. Bedroom TV didnt work, sensor had fallen off!

Quiet, yet central location. Friendly cleaning staff who do a quick and good job. Washing machine, cooker, microwave, all good quality so it's great for a longer stay. Toiletries were nice. I didn't have hot water three times during my stay, the first two times reception got it sorted within 10mins of me telling them. The last time was the morning I was checking out. The boiler had actually exploded so there wasn't anything they could do before I had to leave.

It looks like it could do with a lick of paint and there were some issues with hot water, however the staff were quick to sort out any problems and all the appliances and lighting were good quality. Sometimes you can smell smoke in the hall ways. The WiFi had it's moments.

Pleasant,reliable and well presented. More loyalty should be shown to regulars and communication from day to night staff was often disjointed between staff to staff interaction but mainly towards customers.

Large room with kitchen.

Problem with card machine meant I had to pay twice for my stay. First payment was held pending on my account for a week after I left. Heating was stuck on full the entire time. No way to turn off. With 6 degrees C outside I had to have the window open AND the air conditioning turned on just to be able to sleep. Noisy neighbours kept TV turned on until 2am every night. Overall a miserable experience.

There were cigarette butts left next to the bed. the room stank of cooking oil. it was dirty and small. checked in at 7pm- checked out 4 hours later- I couldn’t sleep in such a disgusting room.

I liked the fact the property was clean and in a nice area,the staff where polite and extremely helpful, there’s lots of places to eat nearby, corner shops and the train station is close which is extremely helpful

The tv in the bedroom didn’t work at all and the supplies ie, cooking equipment, towels where very limited apart from that id definitely stay here again
